Video Producers at Likeable are experienced digital media storytellers focused on producing brand-defining video content. You are an organized, dependable team player eager to help the team excel. You know how to create projects on time and on budget that are visually beautiful, technically sound, and meet client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling video content for a variety of clients that will live on social sites, including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and YouTube pre-rolls
- Concept and storyboard ideas with client goals in mind
- Understand what will (and won’t) work for brands on various social media platforms; be knowledgeable of emerging digital tech and trends
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters and Strategists in the development of campaigns, creating pre-production documents to articulate the video execution of client strategy.
- Secure off-site locations, actors, transportation, additional rental equipment, and any other logistical production needs; coordinate pre-production meetings to ensure creative is on-brand and meets client expectations
- Direct high-quality content utilizing unique and professional video trends and techniques while working within tight deadlines and low budgets
- Manage relationships with freelance videographers and editors, booking travel, following up on deadlines, checking footage, resolving issues
- Shoot and edit as needed (preferred, not required)

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience focused on developing videos from concept to completion in a brand or agency setting – producing, directing, shooting, editing.
- Proficiency in video and photo production with Super HD 35mm Camcorders and D-SLR cameras
- Strong storytelling skills. Doesn’t matter if it is 3 seconds or 3 minutes, you have an eye for good narrative
- Understanding of video costs and budgets
