We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Data Governance Advisor

This role will oversee a team and the operations within an Enterprise Data Governance Function in an American multinational entertainment conglomerate. With other senior technology leaders within the organization, this role will help develop tools and processes for establishing data visibility across the organization, maintaining data quality rules, managing master data, and enforcing data policies, standards, and practices.

Qualifications:

· Experience in Master Data, Data Governance, Enterprise Data Solutions

· Consulting or Advisory Background Preferred

· Expertise in developing processes and operations to manage data governance principles and policies, and approaches related to protection of enterprise data assets

· Experience with metadata management, MDM processes, data catalogue systems and tools.

· Experience with reporting and analytics tools

· Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

· Understanding and diving into data with confidence, analyzing its relationship with the business functions

· Work-Mode: Hybrid. 2-3 days of onsite presence preferred.

Experience in the following:

· Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise data governance roadmaps and information-based capabilities.

· Leading the selection, implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide data catalog, related metadata management, data quality and data lineage solutions.

· Develop an internal data products marketplace to provide a business-friendly platform for users to find, understand and use data assets.

· Providing designated data stewards to data domain owners, managing and providing direction to the data stewards’ work.

· Ensure that all appropriate business functions are represented and participate in the Data Governance Board and Data Domain Council.

· Establish a communication and escalation process between the DGO and the Data Council, facilitate domain council meetings, and prepare all materials necessary to provide context and facilitate understanding of the decisions and feedback required by the council.

· Solicit and obtain appropriate involvement from tech partners to ensure overall organization alignment.

· Collaborate with leadership across the organization to identify business needs and implement Data Governance and Data Stewardship capabilities.

· Ensure that data governance and stewardship processes exist, are implemented, and maintained.

· Act as the key evangelist and authority on Data Governance for our stakeholders.

· Train, guide, and provide continuous feedback to the data governance team. Perform performance evaluations in accordance with company policy.

Inviting applications for the role of Director, Transformation Services!

Your responsibilities in this role include being part of a team supporting our Transformation Partners to lead and execute strategic projects, with leading companies, to drive transformation through our Digital, Analytics and Consultative capabilities with our industry leading methodologies.

Responsibilities

Evaluate the structure, policies, operations, current tech stack, people and ways of working of a client and recommend a transformation vision including process, products, and data, that enable the client to achieve its goals

Translate recommended transformation vision into a set of requirements and customer roadmap

Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for our clients

Independently run large scale programs for global clients

Execute project activities and produce deliverables in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) agreements

Establish strong relationships in key & prospective accounts to understand their priorities and state of their business; use that knowledge to provide strategic recommendations that enable the overall success of their business

Partner with sales and Transformation Partners to identify new buying centers within accounts where we can drive growth by aligning our digital/analytics/domain offerings to client problems

Support business development by crafting case studies to support in further business development

Solidify business requirements and design solutions

Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients

Keep teams and services apprised of relevant trends and opportunities that can add value to our clients and accelerate our growth

Constantly build and maintain subject matter expertise

Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagement

Build industry relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated and scaled

Invest in the Genpact brand by developing and publishing industry relevant white papers

Responsible for the full end-to-end lifecycle of direct reports including hiring, onboarding, assessing, and evaluating performance and firing team members.

Provide leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring and development of staff

Consults with leadership and HR on sensitive and difficult employee situations and issues

Builds meaningful relationships and community within the team

Ensure new staff are trained in an efficient and effective way

Handle scope and deliverable quality including full lifecycle traceability in documentation across project workstreams

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management

Required relevant years of experience in consulting

Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains

Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends within industry

Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage

Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques

Knowledge of project planning techniques

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – verbal and written

Excellent presentation skills – in person & virtually

Ability to work effectively in team environments

Able to create & maintain relationship easily

Ability to thrive in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management Experience with MIRO, MS Visio, and various project management applications

Our Strategic Sales team is responsible for delivering on programs and processes that drive growth in our segment of advertisers. As a Strategic Sales Specialist you will support innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement with the book of business, prioritize top accounts and pitch most relevant product recommendations
  • Research customer contact information using the tools provided to ensure a connect is established
  • Build thorough understanding of the customer’s Ad campaigns, provide relevant consultative support and assist customers to get the best possible ROI for their Ad spends
  • Keep customers engaged by scheduling regular follow-up meetings
  • Represent the brand and ensure customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs

Profile requirements

  • 2+ years exp of Ad Sales and the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong interest in providing solutions for marketers and growing small businesses
  • Experience in media sales. Agents should have prior experience in launching and optimizing digital media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter)
  • Should have sales and customer care mindset to assure the best client experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • A team player and collaborator
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study

Preferred Requirement

  • Expert knowledge of Ads manager on any social media platform
  • Evaluate metrics and optimize campaign performance using data driven approach
  • Demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
