About the Role
This role will be responsible for the whole process from the pre-production to post-production phases of E-commerce photoshoots, campaigns and editorial photo and video shoots.
The ideal candidate will be able to scout VIP models and negotiate rates, adapt to the fast-paced working environment, and have a strong fashion sense.
This role will directly report to the Creative Manager and will also partner cross-functionally with all teams.
Job Duties
- Oversee all process from the pre-production to post-production phases of E-commerce photoshoots, campaigns and editorial photo and video shoots, including budgeting, scheduling, casting, and travel plans, to ensure a smooth and well-organized photoshoot, as well as organize all props, handle all invoice payment and reimbursement;
- Scout VIP models who fit for the brand and negotiate agreement proactively;
- Book makeup artists, stylists, photographers and other crew members based on the project’s specific needs;
- Source and secure locations, permits, and necessary equipment for the shoots;
- Negotiate contracts and fees with talent and crew, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial arrangement;
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with outside vendors, including photo agencies, brands, talent agencies, etc.;
- Work closely with the sample coordinator to ensure all samples and sizes ready for the shoot;
- Provide guidance and assistance on the set based on the sense of fashion;
- Oversee the process of retouched images, adding any notes that were called out
- during the shoot, and ensure all images are delivered by the due date;
- Pitch shoot concepts and new ideas based on sales data.
Skills & Experience
- 5 + years’ experience in shoot production in the fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce industry;
- Strong project management, can work independently and can plan and prioritize work;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams;
- Have a broad network of contacts in the fields of fashion;
- Flexibility to adapt to fast paced working environment and change in last minutes;
- Critical thinking skills based on sales data analytics;

About the Role
This role will be responsible for all aspects including but not limited to: social media channels, PR press, influencers relations, and marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional partners both internally and externally to manage and execute all aspects of the DTC eCommerce marketing strategies.
*The position requires 2-3 days working in the office, the rest of the week can work from home.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners both internally and externally to manage and execute all aspects of the DTC eCommerce marketing strategies;
- Analyze all key customer data points and sharing of key findings across relevant teams and executives to find a creative way to increase the brand awareness and activations;
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives;
- Manage the overarching marketing calendar to drive alignment across North American markets across a portfolio of products;
- Develop marketing program recaps to evaluate success of campaigns and efficiency of spend;
- Create regular and timely reports on key marketing metrics (including, forecasting, digital advertising, social media, content, customer acquisition, tracking spend to forecast, etc.)
- Oversee all organic social media channels content plannings and execution; press coverage landing for product launches and brand campaigns; communications strategy and activations for brand or product collaborations and partnerships;
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technology and sophisticated analytic tools and apps;
- Understanding of growth marketing and performance marketing and being able to assort to drive up the sales.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or digital Marketing preferred;
- 8+ years of experience in Women’s Apparel & Fashion is required, in DTC eCommerce is a big plus;
- 5+ years of proven leadership of large marketing campaigns as well as the direct ownership of social media, PR, Brand and influencer;
- Excellent, multi-faceted communicator with strong written and verbal communications skills;
- Familiar with the latest trend in contemporary fashion and the intersection with culture;
- Innovative mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities;
- Ability to create, understand and communicate data related to business;
- Collaborative problem-solving the ability to work independently as well as with a team;
- Strong MS Word PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Being able to speak in Chinese is a big plus.

About the Role
Cupshe is currently looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic, high-growth beach lifestyle brand. This position will be based in LA.
As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy and Content in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Creative and Merchandising Teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for each relevant platform:Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Facebook, Facebook Group, LinkedIn.
- Be agile, open and have a ‘rapid response’ approach to our online customers
- Define most important social media KPIs across all social channels to always achieve #1 position across all relevant measures
- Be curious to identify NEW content opportunities and trends to social channels
- Develop with cross-channel partners innovative content calendar to express brand personality, key brand priorities and emerging trend moments
- Develop weekly and monthly Social Dashboard with active insights to ensure we are learning and driving results

Requirements
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager/Supervisor or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Have a strong passion for all things beachwear and fashion
- Excellent knowledge of Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media emerging platforms
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and social media reporting platforms
- Excellent multitasking skills and time-management skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player and work well cross company channels
- Demonstrate a strong passion for storytelling
- Can effectively work in a fast-changing environment and quickly act on decisions.
