MOD is looking for a creative storyteller and versatile editor who is passionate about doing amazing work. What you will do…
- Collaborate with internal team of creative directors, copywriters, designers, producers, motion designers, and account managers to create dynamic video solutions.
- Deliver high quality videos working with footage and audio in a multitude of styles; narrative, documentary, educational, animatics, hype reels, and on-air commercials.
- Craft engaging stories through creative and collaborative video editing.
- Ensure videos delivered to client are free of errors. You are the QC master.
- Work independently to deliver edits accurately and on time.
- Stay abreast of current trends, editing techniques, and styles as well as content platforms.
- Proactive problem solver finding creative and technical solutions.
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with colorists, mixers, directors, and freelance editors.
Your Credentials
- At least 5 years of relevant video / content editing experience at an agency and/or production house environment.
- Must have and share link to website or reel.
- Expert knowledge of video production software and an in-depth understanding of the digital and editorial content production process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at the same time.
- Expert knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere). Working knowledge of sound design (Logic, ProTools, Adobe Audition), motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects), color correction (Resolve), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, VR, 360 video, and compositing workflows are a plus.
- Knowledge of Apple and Windows office products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

OVERVIEW
The Creative Director – COPY is responsible for developing work that has meaningful and measurable impact, achieves marketing/strategic goals, and satisfies client brand requirements. They help lead the copy, design, tone and direction of work from concept to execution. The Associate Creative Director must seek out new innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote exciting new ideas. They ensure the timely execution of plans, campaigns and projects to assure earnings, growth and profit goals are achieved.
This role is responsible for understanding the latent challenges and needs behind client work with the ability to suggest ideas that are innovative and expand beyond what is outlined in briefs or requests.
ROLE
• Generate consistently superior visual and messaging content to support account with cooperation from Design, Strategy, Development, Film, Motion and Copy
• Show leadership in executing fresh, innovative concepts that enhance strategies and achieve client objectives
• Work with Creative Directors, client team members and client teams to create appropriate, workable ways to express and enhance the client’s communication needs and achieve key strategic initiatives
• Guide teams through creative concepting, execution and delivery in accordance with departmental processes
• Meet all timelines and deliver executions for Creative Directors, account staff and client review per project schedules
• Know all pertinent industry, channel, client, and product information, such as audience insights, product benefits, offers, KPIs, brand standards and production specifications
• Develop, present and help sell creative concepts to clients
• Communicate creative rationale to clients, defend the work and articulate reasons behind each choice
• Collaborate with Account team members to identify questions and pertinent project information needed to execute assignments
• Work with Creative Directors and Project Managers to assign work
• Manage creative staff and freelance to ensure their work meets the agency standards, including the ability to clearly articulate feedback and provide constructive oversite that elevates the creative product
• Mentor and inspire teams to perform at the maximum of their abilities and foster reputation as problem solvers
• Assure that creative work meets client objectives, follows strategies aligned to the brief and meets deadlines on budget

POSITION TITLE: ASSOCIATE FILM PRODUCER
JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Film Producer is a critical member of the Film and Motion team and reports to the Executive Producer. The Associate Film Producer’s primary responsibility is to support the Senior Producer and the Executive Producer in managing all production needs of the department. These supporting responsibilities include but are not limited, requesting casting auditions, music searches, building shot lists for animators, being point of contact for outside vendors, and producing jobs independently. Our producers must have a creative eye, offering their opinions and solutions. Everyone at MOD has the freedom and is encouraged to be heard.
RESPONDSIBILITIES:
– Coordinate motion design projects.
– Coordinate film editing projects.
– Support live action production in any capacity.
– Maintain and drive clear and constant communication with account and creative teams regarding status, approvals, revisions, etc.
– If partnering with an outside vendor they are the point of contact between the vendor and the agency.
– Create production schedules and timelines in partnership with Project Management and Account Management.
– Partner with editors and motion designers to ensure proper technical and creative specs are delivered on time.
– Partner with editors and motion designers to continually ensure they have the appropriate assets for their projects.
– Request voice over auditions.
– Produce and attend voice over sessions
– Produce and attend virtual recording sessions.
– Request and coordinate closed captioning.
– Schedule and run internal reviews for videos.
– Ensure editors and motion designers possess and execute all internal and external feedback.
– Conduct music and stock footage searches.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Experience 1-3 years as entry level producer or production assistant with hands-on production and post-production experience.
– Ad Agency experience preferred.
– Ability to handle multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
– Strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
– Team oriented and self-motivated.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
