Job Overview
Right Networks is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to add to our Cloud Products business unit. You will work as a member of a software product development team that creates, integrates, and expands our Cloud Product offerings, which are invaluable to accounting firms and their connected clients throughout the US.
In this position, you’ll focus leveraging our intelligent cloud platform and key partnerships to create new services that enable Firms to better serve and monetize their connected clients. You will leverage your creativity and communication skills, working closely with Partnerships and BD Team and customers to drive new features and products of value for our organization, with a focus on research, data analytics, and road mapping.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Partnerships and Business Development team to further develop and productize our partner E2E service concept
- Contribution into product definition within 3rd party service contracts
- Effectively understand end to end service usage including COGS assumptions vs actual
- Identify, research and prioritize market opportunities
- Define, Document, and Communicate objectives through product requirements
- Identify and communicate constraints or challenges and align with cross functional teams on impact
- Drive segments of our product roadmap through documentation and priority assignment, promoting material accordingly throughout our organization
- Maintain a groomed product backlog for the product line in which you serve
- Refine and maintain an intake for business stakeholders to submit innovative ideas for consideration and a framework for ROI analysis
- Collaborate often with Product Ownership, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support, to measure success of launch readiness and post-launch results
- If your product has strategic partners, engage with partners on a recurring basis to capture new requests and to communicate existing requests
- Inform design requirements that lead with user experience as a priority
- Engage with customers via virtual or in person meetings to validate decisions and priorities of your product roadmap
- Foster excellent presentation and communication skills to drive cross functional teams to the success of your product initiative and timeline
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product management experience or related/equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working with external partners building relationships and implementing technology with partners and vendors
- 2+ years of experience delivering software products with a high degree of complexity (involving complex integrations, dependencies, etc.)
- Experience iterating on successful products that required partnering across multiple teams, organizations, and/or companies
- Ability to operate at both a strategic level, and to dive deep into technical details – Readily communicate technical and complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with the Jobs-to-be-done methodology collaboration
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure providers and capabilities
- Experience with Jira & Confluence
- Highly motivated and highly curious to learn and dig in to solve problems
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Up to date on the latest industry trends, able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently

Job Overview
The Client Success Manager is a highly proactive and driven IT account manager that engages with accounting professionals to deliver results. The manager is responsible for managing the life cycle of the firms following the project implementation to the date of renewal. The position focuses on developing lasting relationships with Right Networks Cloud Premier clients by providing excellent service and user experience. The position focuses on two main aspects: references and retention inside the Right Networks Cloud Premier. As a Client Success Manager, your role in the Right Networks organization will be to provide an extremely high level of service and leadership to our clients. Ultimately, your efforts will be essential in providing a positive experience to our clients.
This is a remote work position.
Responsibilities
- Have regular contact with firm admins or partners for an average of forty firms
- Ensure the Right Networks Cloud Premier experience is stable and consistent for their firms
- Communicate with Right Networks internal teams (Service, Application, Project, Infrastructure) to deliver resolutions to clients
- Show our clients that they are valued and appreciated
- Walk clients through software, office, and staff changes
- Advise best practice for using and engaging with the Right Networks Cloud Premier product
- Be responsible for having an in depth understanding of the Right Networks procedures and processes
- Be the voice of the customer
Account Management
- Day-to-day activities include keeping a pulse on our clients
- Guide escalation process where necessary through the proper support channels
- Manage client communication via weekly updates, status page, and email
- PR, write up root cause analysis, and communicate effectively with clients on outages
- Monitor and SQL server drive free space for clients on a daily basis
- Manage client projects such as ISP transitions, firewall conversions, new software implementation
- Any additional tasks required to ensure the client has a positive experience and that any gaps are connected or filled
Miscellaneous
- Assist other departments as needed
- Complete special projects and tasks assigned by management
- Every Client Success Manager will be required to provide qualified references every month to the Sales Team
- Renewals, delivered in a timely fashion, maintaining a 97% close rate
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of account management experience in the IT industry or related experience
- Excellent communication, time management, decision making, presentation, and organization skills
- Ability and desire to learn Right Networks processes and technologies
- Knowledge of the accounting industry, as it relates to the services and products offered by Right Networks is desired
- Understanding of various technologies such as Citrix, Microsoft, Dell, Network Monitoring systems, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent

Job Description
As a Media Producer, you will be part of the team that creates video productions to support the mission of Rootworks, to empower and inspire accounting firms. Rootworks values video in delivering industry-leading content across multiple platforms including the Rootworks website and online learning platform, social media, online and onsite events, email campaigns and recurring series, including podcasts and interviews with industry experts. Interactions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Work with Senior Media Developer to develop video content that is consistent with the company brand
- Record and edit video and audio for various productions including podcasts, member testimonials, event promotion, explainer videos and educational content
- Support audio and video technical needs for online and onsite events
Professional Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Experience in motion graphics is a plus
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently to meet expectations and deadlines
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in video and audio production
- Experience in video production software including Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator
