The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $99000 – $170000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​

Team Introduction

The Physical Security Project Management team is part of the Corporate Services department and we aim to provide employees with a safe working environment through integrated intelligent system construction, efficient system operation and maintenance, and working area construction based on security strategy, etc. Our team focuses on how to use systematic tools to support physical security management and safeguard the company’s operations globally.

Overview

The Physical Security Systems Project Manager will lead the installation of physical security hardware and technology – including cameras, card readers, video intercoms, turnstiles, motion sensors, glassbreaks, etc. across their assigned region. They will have expertise in design & construction and security systems project management phases and be responsible for creating project plans, scheduling and driving meetings, taking meeting notes, and following up on action items with cross-functional partners to closeout. Additionally, they will coordinate the programming and testing & commissioning of systems and maintain project documents including drawings, warranties, designs, etc. with the primary goal of delivering projects on time and at budget. You’ll work closely with key partners from Real Estate, IT and Physical Security.

Additional Responsibilities

– Support the selection and management of security integrators performing hardware installations, system programming, troubleshooting and repairs

– Provide updates on project status, tasks, and system health to security leadership

– Perform security job walks and provide presentations to security leadership on recommended security designs

– Assist with the development of physical security system standards and policies

– Support programming of security devices

– Drive continuous improvement via lessons learned and root cause analysis of any issues

Requirements:

– Experience as a security systems project manager at a MNC (tech / media / entertainment preferred) with an understanding of PM methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile

– Experience leading and managing 3rd party security integrators on security installations with budgets of at least $1M including coordination of structured cabling, electronic locking systems, CAD drawings, etc.

– Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPM a plus

– Deep expertise in a variety of CCTV and Physical Access Control systems

– Understanding of networking principles (IP addressing, LAN vs WAN, etc.)

– Experience with modern project management tools (ex. Asana, Jira) a plus

About the team

The Product Solutions & Operations team at TikTok helps build holistic go-to-market plans across TikTok’s eCommerce products. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok’s eCommerce products. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights with the product team to shape the future of TikTok’s eCommerce products.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

– Conduct quantitative and qualitative market studies to gather insights into merchants, users, and partners in social eCommerce across global markets.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering, to shape the product strategy and roadmap.

– Prioritize product requirements using ROI analysis, dependency analysis, and other techniques.

– Participate in the product development lifecycle, review various artifacts to ensure quality, and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and optimal user experience prior to product launch.

– Plan and execute go-to-market activities, including product documentation, target audience activation plans, and operational support tools.

– Monitor key product performance metrics, conduct gap analysis, and drive product improvement plans.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

– 5-7 years of experience in product marketing and strategy in the internet industry. E-commerce or CRM experience is a plus.

– Proven experience in influencing product development and strategy using quantitative and qualitative market insights.

– Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.

– Strong analytical skills and a bias for action, comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving.

– A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree in related fields (Computer Science, MBA) preferred.

– A deep passion for content and shopping.

TikTok e-commerce Creator Growth and Development team’s objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create e-commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard e-commerce potential creators in Fashion Category and provide training to creators, and design creator growth and development plan on TikTok;
  • Identifying trending products, content trends, or best practices in e-commerce and suggest products to creators;
  • Identify room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators who are willing to create E-Commerce content on TikTok platform;
  • Provide ongoing 1V1/group support and training to creators to improve their E-commerce performance including short videos and livestreams, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/trainings/data analysis to creators in line with global policies and local strategy;
  • Design and create promotion materials or projects for creator growth and development in collaboration with product team as well as data analyst.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Has at least 4 years experience in E-commerce category or livestream or creator/influencer management, familiar with fashion industry;
  • Familiar with different social apps and tools such as WhatsApp/Telegram;
  • Strong understanding of content especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content driven platforms;
  • E-commerce platform heavy user;
  • Data driven, strong execution, good communication, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
