A proactive, highly motivated and organized individual with an interest and passion for social media and influencer marketing. In this role, you assist in day-to-day influencer campaign execution for our clients in the fashion, beauty, home decor and lifestyle space. This individual is extremely organized, detail oriented, a strong communicator, able to manage multiple clients at once and likes working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Supports Talent Manager(s) in executing successful collaborations for our clients
  • Coordinates influencer campaigns between brands and influencers, including tracking project orders, managing post dates, communicating campaign briefs, gathering analytics, submitting content for approval, and confirming accurate and active links and coupon codes
  • Responsible for communicating in a timely and effective manner to both influencers and brands 
  • Works effectively with influencers to resolve any posting or content issues that may arise
  • Must be able to think outside of the box on creative solutions 
  • Responsible for making sure the influencer has all correct information to create and develop content deliverables in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain healthy influencer relationships
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with brand and agency partners
  • Ensures all accuracy in Asana and keeps track of campaign status 
  • Plays a key role in executing influencer marketing campaigns 
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers 
  • A team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to ensure team goals are achieved

INSTRUCTIONS: Please bring 1 resume and 1 headshot stapled for us to keep. We are seeing six artist at a time in the room for general questions. Have a read prepared just incase we ask you for one. We will not ask everyone to read.

PROTOCOL: THERE will be a line outside so please dress chilled/bring water. Come with tons of personality and style. We are looking for those who stand out!

PARKING: Plenty of street parking but ride share is encouraged. Watch all signs for restrictions.

VIP: If you have received a VIP PASS, please make sure to bring it printed and/or show it on your phone. You will have priority between 2-3pm. If you arrive later, you may have a wait time.

The team behind Smoking Tigers, the winner of the 2022 Tribeca AT&T Untold Stories Grant, is currently doing a national search for a number of roles. This feature film centers around the KOREAN AMERICAN community and is set to shoot in LA this fall. Writer/Director So Young Shelly Yo and Producer Guo Guo will premiere Smoking Tigers at the 2023 Tribeca Festival and are granted a dedicated first look opportunity with HBO Max.
Logline: Over one summer spent at an elite academic bootcamp, a lonely Korean American teenager hides her true identity to fit in, only to discover the bittersweet pains of adulthood.
 
Casting is open to non-actors and actors alike. ANYONE LOCATED OUTSIDE LA will have all travel and accommodations covered for one of the lead roles, while the supporting roles are open to LA locals only.
 
Select roles below:
Hayoung (Female, 16-20 but should read 16, preference for 18+): Korean American. Sensitive and observant yet sharp and edgy.
