Dustin Diamond allegedly threatened to stab someone for refusing a Smirnoff Ice.
A few months ago you may remember when Dustin Diamond was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, and we later found out that he allegedly stabbed someone at a bar with that weapon? Well, according to a new report that Dustin Diamond is trying to get removed from the trial, Dustin Diamond were patronizing another bar prior to the stabbing incident, and at this other bar, he allegedly threatened to stab someone. But, that’s not even the craziest part. Diamond threatened to stab someone for refusing to drink a Smirnoff Ice.
According to [Ozaukee County District Attorney Adam] Gerol’s motion, Paul Rogers and his brothers were watching a basketball game at The Patio Bar & Grill on Dec. 25 when Diamond, 37, came up to one of the brothers with a bottle of Smirnoff Ice and announced, “You’ve been iced. Get on your knees and drink this.”
The man declined but Diamond persisted, until Rogers told him to back off.
A few minutes later, according to Rogers, Schutz approached his brother and said, “Just drink it.”
Again the man refused, allegedly prompting Diamond to walk to the middle of the bar and say words to the effect of, “Don’t make me stab someone on Christmas.” Rogers says he and his brothers thought Diamond had a knife, though they did not see one. They decided to leave the bar.
Things don’t look too good for Screech. Where’s Christian Slater to save the day?

The Addams Family is a musical comedy with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and a book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice. The show is based upon The Addams Family characters created by Charles Addams in his single-panel gag cartoons, which depict a ghoulish American family with an affinity for all things macabre. Numerous film and television adaptations of Addams’ cartoons exist, but the musical, which is the first stage show based on the characters, is based upon the cartoons rather than the television and film characters.

According to reports, ‘Empire’ has maanged to grow their ratings for the 11th straight week. The ratings for the hip-hop drama rose to 16.5 million viewers and a colossal 6.4 million in the important advertising demographic 18 to 49. That means the ‘Empire’ Finale had more viewers than any season finale of Bing Bang Theory.
Whenever a show is described as bigger than The Big Bang Theory it’s usually a good sign. Currently, the stars on ‘The Big Bang Theory’ are getting paid a million dollars an episode. Expect Terrence Howard and Tarji P. Henson’s agents fighting for a pay bump in the next few weeks.
Meanwhile, co-creator Danny Strong, doesn’t know when the second season of‘Empire’ will premiere, but when it eventually does, it may overtake ‘The Walking Dead’ in the number of viewers, fans, and cult following.

Production for Fox’s hit TV series ‘Empire’ came to an end in March but, casting director are constantly looking for actors, models, and talent to work on the next season of the critically acclaimed hip-hop drama.
Empire has received positive reviews from critics. The praise has gone towards the cast (especially that of Henson and Howard), the music, the writing, the direction, and the dramatic heft of the show, bringing modern social issues into the plot and subplots. On Rotten Tomatoes, the show has a rating of 79%, based on 47 reviews, with an average rating of 7.1/10. The site’s critical consensus reads, “Though heavy on melodrama, Empire elevates the nighttime soap with its top-notch cast, musical entertainment, and engrossing plots.” On Metacritic the show has a score of 69 out of 100, based on 39 critics, indicating “generally favorable reviews”.
The show’s premiere ranked as Fox’s highest-rated debut in three years. Viewership has increased continuously; Empire is the first series in at least 23 years to have its viewership increase week to week for its first five episodes. Five major film studios join together to create a new association, “The Georgia Studio and Infrastructure Alliance (GSIA)”.
According to Biz Journals, the Georgia Studio and Infrastructure alliance will work together to help increase Georgia’s film industry.
The Georgia Studio and Infrastructure Alliance (GSIA) will serve as a legislative and educational advocacy group for studio and production support businesses in Georgia’s film and television industry. Another focus is educating new crew members to develop a more robust crew base, which Georgia sorely needs if it wants to keep productions coming.
The alliance’s members are Eagle Rock Studios Atlanta, EUE/Screen Gems Studios Atlanta, Mailing Avenue Stageworks, Tyler Perry Studios and Triple Horse Studios. [Via]

‘Vikings’ Season 4 Open Casting Call for a ton of featured roles
Vikings centers on Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) a young warrior and family man who wants to find and conquer new lands across the seas. The television series is produced by MGM Television.
Vikings is inspired by the sagas of Viking Ragnar Lothbrok, one of the best-known mythological Norse heroes and notorious as the scourge of England and France. It portrays Ragnar as a former farmer who rises to fame by successful raids into England with the support of his family and fellow warriors: his brother Rollo, his son Bjorn, and his wives—the shieldmaiden Lagertha and the princess Aslaug.

Fox fires ‘Sleepy Hollow’ showrunner and renew the series for a third season.
According to reports, Fox has renewed the supernatural drama for an 18-episode third season that will film in Atlanta, Georgia.
Clifton Campbell, the creator of ‘The Glades’ will take over as a showrunner replacing Mark Goffman, who existed the show after declining season-two ratings.
“‘Sleepy Hollow’ is truly inventive television,” said David Madden, Fox entertainment president. “The talented producers – led by Alex, Bob, Len and Heather – along with the brilliant cast, anchored by Nicole and Tom, have created a fantastic world that brings ‘history’ to life with compelling and vibrant storytelling.”
Of the new showrunner, Madden said: “I had the pleasure of working with Clifton on both ‘The Glades’ and ‘White Collar.’ He is an excellent producer, and we can’t wait to see what this team has in store for season three.”
Season 2 of ‘Sleepy Hollow’ had extremely poor ratings losing about 4 million ratings from Season 1 to Season 2. Season 2 of ‘Sleepy Hollow’ filmed in North Carolina but, Season 3 will film in Atlanta, Georgia.
According to Star News Online, Sleepy Hollow will film Season 3 in Atlanta, Georgia.
“We’ve explored other places to produce that show and I will tell you it came down to Atlanta and Vancouver and it looks like we’ll head to Atlanta,” she said following a news conference at the Television Critics Association winter 2015 press tour. [via]
Last year the North Carolina state government chose to let the state’s tax incentive expire. Lawmakers replaced it with a grant program that will give out no more than $10 million in total to qualified productions. The most each production can receive under the new program is $5 million.
On the brightside for North Carolina actors and crew members, “Under the Dome” will return to film in the spring, and will collect $5 million in tax incentives. But, for Fox executives, $5 million was not enough to keep “Sleepy Hollow” in North Carolina. Crews are expected to finish filming in Wilmington, North Carolina later on this month.

It centers on a group of young FBI recruits, all with specific reasons for joining, who battle their way through training at the Quantico base in Virginia. As the show intercuts between their hidden pasts and their present training, it also flashes forward to the near future, where one of the recruits will turn out to be a sleeper terrorist responsible for the most devastating terrorist attack on U.S. soil since 9/11.”
