NBC’s new series Chicago Med is looking for actors, models, and talent to work as stand-ins on the new TV series which is currently filming in Chicago, Illinois. Producers are looking for actors with on-set experience to work as stand-ins on the TV series. Filming start this month and will continue until January 2016.
Chicago Med is an upcoming American medical drama television series created by Dick Wolf and Matt Olmstead as a spin-off from Chicago Fire. Chicago Med is described as “an emotional ride through the day-to-day chaos of the city’s most explosive hospital and the courageous team of doctors that holds it together.” It is said to tackle cases inspired by topical events and intertwine with characters from Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.

Major Tobacco commercial casting call for models in Austin, Texas.
Burton Casting is currently casting principal talent for a print campaign for a major Tobacco company. Producers are looking for men and women ages 25 and older to audition for the major Tobacco commercial. Zac Efron’s Neighbors 2 is now filming outside of Atlanta, Georgia in Dunwoody, Georgia.
Neighbors 2: Sorority Row started filming in the Dunwoody Green neighborhood in Dunwoody, Georgia, according to OLV.
Neighbors 2, which is using the code name T2P, has been seen posting directional signs across the Dunwoody, Georgia area. Filming will take place in Atlanta and will film starting September until the end of October.
According to the report, “Filming in Dunwoody will continue through tomorrow, Sept. 1. We’ve also heard filming will take place at 2235 Defoor Hills Rd NW, Atlanta on Friday, Sept. 5.”
The first ‘Neighbors’ revolved around a couple with a new baby who are forced to live next to a fraternity house and do whatever they can to take it down. In ‘Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising′, a sorority moves in next door to the couple and Seth Rogen gets help from the fraternity to help battle the wild sorority sisters. ‘Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising’ stars Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, and Rose Byrne.

Hold onto your seat, because the upcoming season of American Horror Story: Hotel features “the most disturbing scene we’ve ever done,” according to Ryan Murphy.
This is a pretty impressive suggestion, considering the first four seasons of American Horror Story already pushed the ethical limits. We have seen several unspeakable moments such as a serial killer raping a woman, a decapitated slave owner returning for revenge, and sex scenes featuring two headed women.

So how will Ryan Murphy top all of that? Unsurprisingly, the scene in question revolves around a new character scene in the recent set of teasers called “The Addiction Demon” who boasts a “drillbit dildo”. Sarah Paulson’s character Sally and max Greenfield’s character Gabriel, “a platinum blonde junkie” who checks into the hotel, will allegedly encounter the Addiction Demon during a love scene in the season premiere, Murphy explained during the recent TCA.
“He is a representation of that and what people go through fighting addiction,” explains Murphy. “It’s not done lightly or blithely. I think it’s very powerful and strong.”
President Obama will appear on NBC’s Running Wild with Bear Grylls’ .
President Barack Obama will travel through the Alaskan wilderness with survival expert Bear Grylls for a special edition of NBC’s Running Wild with Bear Grylls, according to an announcement made by NBC on Monday.
The episode, which will be taped and air later this year, is meant to call attention to the effects of climate change on that area.
Grylls recently shared a tweet from Obama that quoted from one of the Commander in Chief’s weekly addresses that said, “As long as I’m president, America will lead the world to meet the threat of climate change.”
The second season of Running Wild with Bear Grylls is currently airing and has matched Kate Winslet, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and other famous names with Bear Grylls in order to determine their physical limits.
Lately, Obama has ventured into the entertainment industry a lot. In July he became the first sitting president to visit a federal prison – an event that was part of a Vice documentary scheduled to air in September.
Other examples include an appearance on Marc Maron’s WTF podcast where he famously used the “n-word” in a harsh conversation about race in this country.
But not everyone is excited about the upcoming episode. PETA released a statement that highlighted past criticism of Greylls’ programs.
“Bear Grylls’ shows are known as the bottom of the barrel in demeaning sexist, speciesist, and who knows what other “-ist” TV reality shows—and that’s certainly saying something,” said PETA president Ingrid Newkirk. “These internationally condemned programs, on which women have been bullied into slitting a baby pig’s throat and eating a mouse soaked in urine, are the last place for the 44th president to be seen. There are far better ways to get the message about global climate change out than by appearing on this disgusting show.”

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Wolf of Wall Street, Sleepless in Seattle and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels are some of the biggest movies leaving the streaming platform starting September 1st.
The reason so many films are leaving Netflix is due to Epix signing a multi-year deal with Hulu.
In a site blog post, Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos revealed that the streaming service and Epix will not be renewing their deal when it expires in September. Consequently, movies such as The Hunger Games and Transformers: Age of Extinction will no longer be available at start of September when its agreement with the premium cable and satellite TV provider runs out.
Epix instead has closed a multi-year deal with Hulu, where original programming and new releases from Lionsgate, MGM and Paramount will become available beginning Oct. 1.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, movies such as Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Trek: Into Darkness, World War Z, Wolf of Wall Street, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit,Robocop and God’s Not Dead will be available for streaming by Hulu subscribers right away. Newer releases, including Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation, Interstellar, Selma, Top Five and The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, will become available in the coming months.
“Hulu has become one of the most popular premium streaming services and EPIX’s agreement is evidence of their understanding of the value that our blockbuster Hollywood films, deep library of classic film titles and original programming brings to consumers,” Mark Greenberg, President and CEO of Epix, said in a statement. “We are excited to be partnering with Hulu, and share their commitment to providing viewers a truly premium experience, particularly as we enter the next phase of our network’s growth and development.”
Sarandos noted that Netflix is working on developing a larger number of original films with the help of Brad Pitt, Ricky Gervais, Judd Apatow, Angelina Jolie, Sofia Coppola and Adam Sandler. In fact, a large majority of those movies and TV shows leaving Netflix can be found elsewhere.
“While many of these movies are popular, they are also widely available on cable and other subscription platforms at the same time as they are on Netflix and subject to the same drawn-out licensing periods,” wrote Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos on the Netflix blog. “Through our original films and some innovative licensing arrangements with the movie studios, we are aiming to build a better movie experience for you.”
Following the loss of huge feature films, Sarandos promises that viewers can expect to see Minions, Transylvania 2 and Home along with new original films including Sandler’s comedy Ridiculous Six and Coppola’s A Very Murray Christmas on Netflix.

Woody Allen’s new movie, which has been filming in Los Angeles, California for the last couple of weeks, is moving to New York City. On Tuesday, the new film was spotted shooting at the Vista Theater in Los Feliz and the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood. In addition, according to OLV, the movie’s stars, Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg, filmed a romantic scene on the beach in Malibu, California.

Chicago Fire follows the lives of the firefighters and paramedics working at the Chicago Fire Department at the firehouse of Engine 51, Truck 81, Squad 3, Ambulance 61 and Battalion 25.

‘We Are Your Friends’ has the worst opening for a Hollywood studio movie opening in 2,000 or more theaters.
Zac Efron’s electronic dance music We Are Your Friends debuted to a pathetic $1.8 million from over 2,000 movie theaters making it the worst opening of all time for a new major studio. Directed by Catfish: The TV Series’ Max Joseph, We Are Your Friends was placed number 14 on the Box Office charts.
We Are Your Friends stars Zac Efron as a young DJ trying to break into the EDM music industry and become a music producer. Wes Bentley and Emily Ratajkowski also star in the film, which earned middling reviews and a C+ CinemaScore from audiences. Analysts had suggested We Are Your Friends would open to at least $8 million.
This was a passion project for Zac Efron, and we believe in him,” said Warners exec VP for domestic distribution Jeff Goldstein. “Yes, the result was disappointing, but this was a small film.”
Meanwhile, Straight Outta Compton made a domestic total of $134.1 million. Overseas, Straight Outta Compton opened to No. 1 in the U.K. and Germany with $3.9 million and $2.2 million, respectively.

The king of horror for the “Nightmare on Elm Street” and “Scream” franchises, Wes Craven died Sunday after a battle with brain cancer. He was only 76 years old.
Hollywood A-listers took to social media to offer their condolences as well as celebrating the life of Wes Craven, the writer, director and producer of Hollywood’s biggest movies.
Bob Weinstein, co-chairman of The Weinsten Company and Dimenson Films, the studios behind the Wes Craven Scream films said in a statement that he was “heartbroken” at the news.

He added: “We enjoyed a 20 year professional relationship and more importantly a warm and close friendship. He was a consummate filmmaker and his body of work will live on forever. My brother and I are eternally grateful for all his collaborations with us. Our deepest sympathy to his family.”
MTV, who released a TV-adaptation of Scream, also released a statement about the director’s death: “Wes Craven was a tremendous visionary whose sensibility for scares has connected with generations of MTV fans. We are honored to have worked with him and proud to carry on his legacy with Scream. Our hearts go out to his family and friends.”

ABC’s ‘American Crime’ is looking for young African American actors to audition for a speaking role on American Crime season 2.
The first season of American Crime centers on a racially charged murder the subsequent trial, which are examined through the personal lives of the people involved in the crime. The case gets bigger and bigger, becoming a point of conversation in America’s views on race, class and gender politics. The series is written and executive produced by Oscar Winning Screenplay writer John Ridley.
The second season, which is scheduled to premiere midseason during the 2015–16 television season, will feature a new storyline and characters, with some actors from the first season playing different characters, including Huffman, Hutton, Regina King, Elvis Nolasco, Richard Cabral, and Lili Taylor
The second season of ‘American Crime’ takes place in Indianapolis, Indiana, where a public high school student accuses several members of a private school’s championship basketball team of sexually assaulting him and then taking photos of the incident and posting them online.
Casting directors are now casting speaking roles for American Crime Season 2 as it films in Austin, Texas. Beth Sepko Casting is looking for African American men ages 17 to 22 years old to play the role of Sean. Filming will take place on Friday, September 4th.

Scarlett Johansson’s book that she sued to get banned is now being translated into English.
An erotic novel featuring Scarlett Johansson look-alike, which Johansson herself sued to prevent from being translated into English, will be published in the United Kingdom next month.
According to the Independent, in the novel, Grégoire Delacourt’s The First Thing You See, a young, French village mechanic’s quiet life is interrupted when a woman who appears to be Scarlett Johansson shows up at his house. As it turns out, she is an imposter. The English-language publisher, Weidenfeld & Nicolson, called the book a “tender love story about two fragile souls trying to love each other.” It will be released in the U.K. on September 10th.
Johansson sued Delacourt after the novel – La première chose qu’on regarde, in French—was published in 2013. “I thought she might send me flowers, as it was a declaration of love for her,” Delacourt said at the time.
Johansson’s lawyer argued that the novel constituted a “violation and fraudulent and illegal exploitation of her name, her reputation and her image,” the Guardian reports, as well as “defamatory claims about her private life.”
According to the Guardian, last July, a judge allowed that the novel was defamatory but threw out Johansson’s demand that it not be translated or adapted into film, and also that it “fraudulently exploited her name, her image and her celebrity.”

Johannson claimed €50,000 in damages; she was awarded €2,500 in damages and €2,500 in legal fees.
“All of Scarlett Johansson’s demands were rejected except one thing that was seen to be an attack in her private life over two relations that she never had,” Emmanuelle Allibert of the publishers J-C Lattès said at the time. “All her other demands… were rejected, notably that there should be a ban on the book being translated or made into a film. We just have to cut out the bit about the affairs.”
The Guardian reports that Delcaourt said the bit about the affairs was removed “at my request, because it seemed that they upset Ms. Johansson.”
