ROLE: NON-UNION EXTRAS
LOCATION: TBD – Possible Suburb and Chicago
PHOTO SHOOT DATES: Tuesday, 9/15 or Wed., 9/16

RATE: $25/hour with a 4 hour guarantee. You could work more than 4 hours, and if you work longer than 8 hours, overtime would apply. Lunch hour will be deducted before OT kicks in. You will be paid by check on the date you work. If paid parking is necessary, they will cover the cost of parking.

USAGE: Unlimited Global, In Perpetuity – Most likely used in corporate documents such as company newsletters, brochures by sales people, etc. Not Exclusive, No conflicts.

3) Send photos in jpeg format. If you have a headshot, it is preferred. You must also send a candid photo – Make sure the photo is taken in decent lighting (no selfies), no sunglasses, no hats!. You should be wearing nice casual or business in the photo.
*NOTE: NAME YOUR JPEG PHOTO WITH YOUR FULL NAME!!!
Right click on the photo and it will give you an option to re-name the file, Re-name it with your full name. We need you to start doing this on every submission.

4) Please confirm that you are available to work both dates. The producer doesn’t know for certain what date will be what photo shoot set up, so we need you available both dates to be considered – you would most likely work only one date.

5) Please let us know if you are city only or if you have a vehicle. Production hasn’t finalized the location yet, which may require a vehicle. If they like your look, they will make travel arrangements, but they want to be aware of who has their own transportation and who doesn’t.
