Report: ‘Sonic The Hedgehog’ Will No Longer Film in Atlanta

The upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog movie will be filming in Vancouver instead of  Atlanta, Georgia.

Last month, we revealed that Paramount planned on filming their Sonic the Hedgehog movie this summer. Omega Underground reports that filming will start on July 30th. They have switched filming locations moving from Atlanta to Vancouver. Atlanta is a busy production space and we’ve seen projects in the past move to other cities for various reasons.

A cast has not yet been announced but that seems like the next step along with assembling its crew for director Jeff Fowler.

Paramount has planned the film of release on November 15th, 2019.

YouTube Shooter Posted Videos Saying YouTube Censored Her Videos

The woman who shot 3 people on YouTube and later committed suicide was an upset user of the video streaming platform who claimed the company censored and discriminated against her.

According to TMZ, Nasim Aghdam was identified as of Tuesday’s shooter. Aghdam was a reportedly active YouTube user who posted videos bashing the company for allegedly age restricting her videos and limiting the views she received on her content.

In one video, Aghdam claims a workout tutorial she posted was unfairly censored just because of her beleifs. She claims she contacted YouTube’s support staff on several occasions about the censorship and age restrictions and was told her videos included inappropriate content.

Aghdam argued that videos of Nicki Minaj and mentioned Miley Cyrus as singers whose content was on YouTube and not censored as strictly as hers was.

Other videos Aghdam posted featured her dressed in traditional Muslim clothing.

Aghdam’s motives for the shooting have not been identified, but it’s been reported some sort of domestic incident with her husband/boyfriend could be to blame.
