Nicholas Sparks who is most known for writing the Notebook is turning his latest book into a movie.
Based on the Nicholas Sparks novel, “The Longest Ride” centers on two sets of lovers in two intertwining stories. The first story is told through flashbacks of a 90-year-old veteran’s life and the love he has for his departed wife. The second story follows a student who falls in love with a similarly-wounded bull rider.

Warner Bros. is ramping up production for the new Harry Potter spinoff, Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them.
It was recently reported that Warner Bros. wanted to once again to tap into the Harry Potter franchise with a spinoff in the popular books and movie series.
Now, Warner Bros. reports they plan on releasing the new Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them on November 18, 2016.
This will be the Harry Potter author, J.K. Rowling’s screenwriting debut on the feature film and will be based on the Hogwarts textbook that appears in the very first Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone.
Warner Bros. plans on creating a series of films that will feature new and exciting magical creatures and characters from the Potter world.
AMC is preparing for the 2014 pilot script showcase and this years scripts look promising for the network.
Every spring, AMC holds an annual meeting with writers and producers of scripts that the network believes have the strongest possibility of becoming a pilot.
Deadline describes the showcase as a “bake-off” which “includes a series of presentations, in which the principals of the selected projects lay out for top AMC execs their vision for their show beyond the pilot with the help of visual aids, including demo reels.”
In 2012 three of the six scripts actually went to pilot and then series including Low Winter Sun, Turn, and Divide which is now on the WE tv.

White City
The drama series follows western diplomats and journalists living in Afghanistan. The series is written by Nick McDonell and John Dempsey and Executive Produced by Tom Freston.
Untitled Dahvi Waller Project
Set against the New York car industry of the 1920s, two brothers fight to keep their family-run company alive with a class-hopping Ziegfeld girl and the daughter of an English competitor blurring the line between love and business. The show is written and executive produced by Dahvi Waller.
The Sparrow
The Sparrow,is based on Mary Doria Russell’s acclaimed sci-fi novel, “The Sparrow” and tells the story of a Jesuit-led mission to make first contact with an alien race. The script is written and executive produced by Michael Perry.
Casting directors for the new Johnny Depp feature film, Black Mass is now casting speaking roles in Boston, Massachusetts.
Johnny Depp will star in the film as the infamous mobster Whitey Bulger. Dakota Johnson, Juno Temple, Jesse Plemons, Joel Edgerton, and Guy Pearce also star.

REHEARSAL/WARDROBE FITTING DATES: Wednesday, June 18th and Thursday, June 19th
SHOOT DATE/LIVE EVENT: Friday, June 20th
LOCATION: Chicago
REHEARSAL RATE: $65 per day (4 hour sessions)
PERFORMANCE RATE: $275/10 + 15% Agent Fee (buy out).
NOTE: You must be 21 years of age to submit – No Exceptions – Proof of Age will be required

We are looking for CAROLERS.. Production wants all types who can sing. Attractive, physically fit individuals with rockin’ hard bodies, businessmen types, moms, golfers, people who visit Vegas! You must be comfortable in the attire, and bring your own Las Vegas attitude along for the ride.
You will be dressed in coordinated attire (provided by production) some of you will need to be comfortable in a bikini or board shorts
The carolers will be taken by a production bus around the city to different tourist attractions to sing (song provided by production) about the Las Vegas Summer Season.
