FX will cancel American Horror Story after their sixth season.
The network has ordered one final season of American Horror Story. The new season will premiere next year, according to THR.
“With the sixth installment coming next year, American Horror Story has unquestionably joined the ranks of television’s landmark series,” said FX Networks CEO John Landgraf broke the news on Tuesday. “From Murder House to Hotel, AHS has pioneered a new television form, as well as becoming FX’s highest-rated show, while also pushing every conceivable boundary of creative excellence and audacity.” Landgraf added “This is even more remarkable because Ryan and co-creator Brad Falchuk tear up the playbook every year, challenging the entire creative team to come up with something even more spectacular, frightful and entertaining. You could not ask more of an artist, their team or a series and with every new installment they deliver.”
American Horror Story is the most watched TV series on the FX network. The Hotel premiere is the second-most-watched TV show in FX Networks history, coming second only to the premiere episode of American Horror Story: Freak Show.
But, American Horror Story creator, Ryan Murphy, plans on creating other TV shows and productions for the FX network. Including the upcoming American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson, as well as several other productions still in development.
The Walking Dead announces who will play Negan on the hit TWD series.
For over a year, people have been wondering if the character Negan was going to make an appearance on The Walking Dead. Which is a pretty big deal because in the comic books Negan is the one of the most brutal villains in The Walking Dead comic book series and is the man responsible for killing Glenn.
Well, The Walking Dead announced earlier today that they have finally found the actor to play Negan on The Walking Dead.
Following an extensive casting search, AMC’s The Walking Dead has found their next villain. Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been chosen to take the major role of Negan, the character from the Robert Kirkman comic book series.

The character, who is expected to appear in the season six finale directed by Special FX coordinator Greg Nicotero, is the violent leader of a group known as The Saviors who use force and intimidation to subjugate other communities including Alexandria.
Negan first appears in the 100th issue when he crosses paths with Rick Grimes, who had been pretty vocal about killing the man who takes the community’s supplies in order for “protection” from walkers.
Basically, Negan makes David Morrissey’s character The Governor look like an episode of Boy Meets World.
Negan, who went through the mysterious casting process under the name of “Orin” has become a major villain in the comic book series ever since he kills Glenn with “Lucille,” a baseball bat covered with barbed wire that he always has by his side. In fact, in the latest issue of The Walking Dead Negan is still alive.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan will join the show as a guest star and then promoted to a series regular for season seven of The Walking Dead. But Jeffrey Dean had major competition for the role of Negan. Morgan competed against Timothy Olyphant, Matt Dillon and Garret Dillahunt, according to sources close to The Hollywood Reporter.
Production of the season six finale of The Walking Dead starts this week in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Walking Dead has been teasing the introduction of Negan for the past two seasons. With the season five trailer depicting a member of the Terminus community about to take a swing at Glenn’s head with a baseball bat.
Morgan has a pretty long list of jobs in Hollywood. He is currently a series regular on CBS’ hit TV series The Good Wife, Halle Berry’s now cancelled series Extant, he starred on the now cancelled Starz network series Magic City and had a major storyline on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy.
Morgan will also appear on Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
NBC news renews Chicago Fire and Chicago PD which is great news for Chicago’s growing film industry.
NBC announced that they will continue producing more episodes for the Dick Wolf created TV series Chicago Fire and Chicago PD.
This news comes as both series have been a consistent ratings performer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Plus, a new spin off, Chicago Med, is currently filming in Chicago, Illinois. Chicago Med is an upcoming American medical drama television series created by Dick Wolf and Matt Olmstead as a spin-off from Chicago Fire. Chicago Med is described as “an emotional ride through the day-to-day chaos of the city’s most explosive hospital and the courageous team of doctors that holds it together.” It is said to tackle cases inspired by topical events and intertwine with characters from Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.
Chicago Fire and Chicago PD are just the latest set of shows renewed by NBC. NBC just announced that they plan on renewing The Carmichael Show, Blindspot and Aquarius.
Deadpool has finished filming but, that doesn’t mean there isn’t any controversy surrounding the production. For a comic book character that was once called too outrageous for mainstream audiences, it is now in the editing room with producers deciding what should or should not appear in the movie. And apparently, Deadpool’s sexuality is being discussed and for the record he is pansexual.
Collider recently spoke with Ryan Reynolds about his upcoming superhero movie, and Ryan Reynolds noted they had not been asked to hold anything back.

Robin Williams’ will prevents Disney from using his Genie voice in all future Aladdin movies.
According to reports, there will be no new Aladdin movies featuring the voice of the late Robin Williams. Even though there is supposed to be hours of unused material by the late comedian and voice over actor performing hi Genie character, his will states that the outtakes will remain the cutting room floor.
Following Robin Williams’ suicide in 2014, Williams’ voice will not be able to be used for an upcoming fourth Aladdin movie.
That’s pretty bad news for Disney, who could have had enough unused material to create another Aladdin movie.
According to the Times of London the late comedian “has forbidden fresh exploitation of his name, taped performances or voice recordings for 25 years,” per his final wishes.
This means all of his original 1991 recordings as the Genie can never be used and Disney has been forced to stop production for another Aladdin movie.
“When he was on form, the hyperactive motormouth we love from Good Morning Vietnam, Hook, Dead Poets Society and Mrs Doubtfire, was making 30 jokes a minute” the Times quotes a former Disney executive. “Now, because he insisted on a final say on such material, (the jokes) will remain in the vaults.”
After several Box Office bombs, Lionsgate have reported a net loss of $42.1 million, according to Variety.
The studio said that the release of Sicario,American Ultra, and Vin Diesel’s The Last Witch Hunter all affected their expected earnings for the 2016 quarter.
The studio said its results in the quarter were affected by the timing of episodic TV deliveries and the shift of the wide release of the film “Sicario” into October, which resulted in marketing costs being recorded in the September quarter without offsetting revenue benefit. “Sicario” has generated solid grosses so far with $44 million at the U.S. box office.
Lionsgate also said its Jesse Eisenberg-Kristen Stewart comedy “American Ultra” underperformed during the quarter with a $14.4 million domestic gross. It also recorded a write-down of $7.2 million on Vin Diesel’s “The Last Witch Hunter,” which was released on Oct. 23 and took in $23 million domestically on a $70 million budget.
In addition, revenue declined 14% from the previous quarter. “Although this quarter will be the lightest of the year due to timing and softer-than-anticipated performance of some of our recent film releases, our robust film and television pipelines position us for a very strong second half of the year,” said CEO Jon Feltheimer.
But, luckily for Lionsgate, the movie studio has several major motion pictures coming soon. Including The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 on November 20th, which has already made 2.3 billion dollars worldwide, another Divergent Movie, a Power Rangers Movie, and The Odyssey starring Hugh Jackman.
This news comes after Lionsgate announced their plans of building a Hunger Games amusement park in Atlanta, Georgia starting next year.
Ghostbusters director Paul Feig calls out Hollywood’s history of sexism.
“It’s a bigger problem than a glass ceiling on paydays,” “Peanuts Movie” producer – and the director of an upcoming all-female “Ghostbusters” – tells TheWrap about women in Hollywood.
Ever since creating the breakout hit movie Bridesmaids, Paul Feig has used his creativity to create more opportunities for women in leading roles. Since then, he created The Heat, Spy and the upcoming Ghostbusters female reboot. Feig is constantly working on putting women in leading roles in feature films and TV shows.

But, this has not been easy for the filmmaker. After months of “misogyny and insults”, Feig snapped and tweeted, “Go Fuck Yourself,” among other things.
But, that is in the past now. The filmmaker just released The Peanuts Movie which made $45 million in the box office despite facing off against James Bond movie, Spectre.
Recently Feig spoke with TheWrap about Hollywood and why he avoided making sequels to the biggest movies in Hollywood. It is a really interesting interview that you can read in full here but, the best part of the interview is where Feig calls out Hollywood’s history of sexism and what he plans to do to change the film industry forever.
There’s the business side of it where, leaving gender out of it, your paycheck is based on what you made previously. Nobody’s going to get an enormous raise unless they prove that they’re a box office draw. That’s across the board, for men and women. Now if a woman is an equal box office draw and she’s being paid less than a man, then that’s criminal and I wouldn’t allow that to happen.
Paul Feig continues on by highlighting that it’s a circular argument putting women in a pigeon hold and unable to escape the never ending cycle of sexism in Hollywood.
Jennifer Lawrence should be paid every cent as much as her male counterparts, and probably more because she has proven to be a bigger draw. But Hollywood is not going to be altruistic about anything unless it means they’re going to profit from it. We need more leading roles for women, and they don’t have to be “strong female characters,” because I hate that term.
Hollywood is undergoing a major transition and women are finally going to be able to command larger and more meaningful roles.
Disney has just been hit with a $10 million lawsuit over ‘Wreck It Ralph’
Wreck It Ralph is headed to the courtroom. The Walt Disney Company is currently getting sued by a man who claims that the company stole his idea for the 2012 animated movie.
In the the lawsuit, filed in a Texas federal court, Dyke Robinson claims that “Wreck-It Ralph” infringes on his copyright for his manuscript “Digiland.”
Robinson claims that he submitted his manuscript to Disney in 2012, but that it was turned down by Disney.
“Plaintiffs allege that Defendant is engaged in actual copying of Plaintiff’s work, or … alternatively, Defendants created derivative work[s] from Plaintiff’s work, thus infringing Plaintiff’s rights, including but not limited to Plaintiff’s Registered Copyright,” the lawsuit reads.
According to the lawsuit, Robinson is seeking “the maximum statutory damages of $10 million.”

Oprah Winfrey understands hard work. Winfrey is a billionaire and has interviewed hundreds of celebrities over the past 30 years. So, she knows a thing or two about talent.
But, recently she had some really surprising comments about one of the biggest and controversial reality stars in recent history, the Kardashians.
Oprah Winfrey defended the Kardashians against the critics by saying they are a hard working family that should be respected for their success.
Lindsay, which documented Lohan’s life and her rehabilitation recovery, was made for the Oprah Winfrey Network and aired in 2014. Winfrey used Lindsay Lohan as an example of someone “uncomfortable” with the responsibility of working on a reality show, Winfrey said, “She’s one of those people who said, ‘Oh yes, sure, I’ll have the cameras follow me, ‘ and then when you realize how much work that really is…”
The 61-year-old media mogul said that the Kardashians are hard working people and recalled how she interviewed them on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” according to reports.
“The Kardashian’s; Khloe, Kourtney and Kim with mum Kris Jenner and step-sister Kylie, are a hardworking family”, says Oprah Winfrey.
Winfrey told KissFM’s Kyle and Jackie O show on Monday the Kardashian’s are basically workaholics.
The former talkshow queen turned network executive said when she visited their home for a seven hour interview, reality show cameras stayed rolling for another seven hours.
“To really create a reality series that looks like something is actually happening, you have to be on all the time,” Winfrey said.

Terminally ill Star Wars fan dies five days after seeing The Force Awakens at a special early screening. Daniel, 32, died in his sleep on Tuesday. Last week his quest to see the Star Wars movie went viral thanks to the hashtag #ForceForDaniel and support from the Star Wars franchise cast including John Boyega and Mark Hamill.
J.J. Abrams personally called Daniel to tell him that his dying wish had come true.
He was given a private screening of an unedited version of the movie last Thursday in his home.
Daniel was diagnosed with the rare cancer spindle cell sarcoma two years ago and in September was only given two months to live.

Which begs the question, how many butt lifts do you really need? So far at least three people have purchased this Groupon Butt lift deal. But, if you think $98 and the possibility of medical complications is a good deal, then that’s up to you. It is important to keep in mind that a butt lift from a certified physician costs thousands of dollars. In fact, after administrative fees, medication, and medical extras it costs about $8k to get a butt lift.
The recovery period is longer and more painful because you need your butt to do the most basic physical activities, like walking or standing. Earlier this year, a woman was found guilty of manslaughter in connection with illegal blackmarket silicone buttocks injections that prosecutors say killed a woman in 2012 in Atlanta.
Natasha Stewart, of suburban Memphis, Tenn., was found guilty Friday in Jackson, Miss., in the death of 37-year-old Karima Gordon of Atlanta.
Stewart had been charged with “depraved-heart” murder, but the jury was told it could consider the lesser charge of culpable negligent manslaughter.
Authorities say Stewart, an adult entertainer also known as Pebbelz Da Model, took $200 for a referral to the alleged injector and falsely represented that the injector was a nurse.
But, this is not an isolated incident. A quick google search and you will dozens of cases where woman are killed due to fatal butt injections.
One of the most popular cases is the case of the Black Madam, a woman who allegedly gave celebrities illegal butt injections. The transgender woman is currently on trial for the death of a British woman. The Black Madam, once known as the self pro-claimed “Michelangelo of buttocks injections,” faces prison time for the 2011 death of a British dancer who received illegal silicone butt shots. But, after facing life in prison, she has started listing all the celebrities she gave butt injections to. Windslowe said that she performed the procedure for Amber Rose back in her Kanye days, which instantly opened doors for her business to more celebrity clientele, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Winslowe boasted that her work on Kanye’s ex-girlfriend was became “walking billboard” that opened the door for a lot of celebrity clients and their girlfriends. Winslowe says that among her growing clientele at the time included a woman she would only describe as “Chris Brown’s girlfriend.” She also said none other than Nicki Miniaj had set up an appointment to get the illegal injections, but for some inexplicable reason, did not make it. Apparently from the looks of it, Minaj found another back-alley doctor to perform the procedure. [Atlanta Daily World]
So how does butt injections work?
According to CBS46 report with Dr. Moore, the medical director of The Lifestyle Center, said illegal injections of silicon, or even “Fix a Flat” tire inflator are the typical instruments used for butt injections. “There are people who are actually advised not to go to the hospital by the person who did the injection and ended up dying. It’s not that uncommon of an occurrence with these type of injections,” said Dr. Moore.
But, what happens if you survive butt injections?
What happens then? Well, nothing good. A former model recently revealed the problem with getting butt enhancement injections. In order to boost her modeling career, Anivia turned to the black market for butt injections, so she could have more curves. She revealed that it was “addictive” and now she lives with nonstop pain due to granuloma.
Then, the liquid silicone-like substance that was illegally injected into Anivia’s rear began to spread elsewhere. “I developed something called granuloma,” Anivia says. “When they were injecting me, the silicone migrated to different parts of my body. It went down; you know, it’s gravity.”
This migration has since caused severe damage, she adds.
“My nerves are damaged because of it. I have scar tissue inside of me. I have severe swelling,” Anivia says. “I was maybe at about 42 inches around my hips, but now because of the swelling and inflammation, my hips are like a 47. This foreign substance is a part of me now.”
Roots remake is looking new slaves in New Orleans, Louisiana
Casting directors are looking for African American men and women over the ages of 18 to play a small core group that will have a recurring role for several days on the upcoming Roots reboot. Filming will take place between November 16th through December 8th in New Orleans, Louisiana.
A&E Networks is working on the Roots remake. The new mini-series will be a remake of the classic 1997 miniseries that traced a black family’s history from salvery on to the end of the Civil War. The eight-episode series, which has been in the works since 2013, will air simultaneously on The History Channel, A&E, and Lifetime in 2016.

The Vampire Diaries is looking for extras to work on a fight club scene filming in Decatur, Georgia. Filming will take place on Thursday, November 12th and Friday, November 13th in Atlanta, Georgia.

American Crime season 2 is looking for new talent to work on the upcoming second season of the hit ABC series.
Casting directors are looking for extras to play high school students for a scene filming on November 13th in San Marcos, Texas.
The second season of ‘American Crime’ takes place in Indianapolis, Indiana, where a public high school student accuses several members of a private school’s championship basketball team of sexually assaulting him and then taking photos of the incident and posting them online.
