Cougar Town is an American TV sitcom that premiered on ABC in 2009. It is set in Gulfhaven, Florida, where a recently divorced woman in her forties have to face the numerous and often time humorous challenges, pitfalls and rewards of of growing holder, along with her son, ex-husband and dysfunctional friends and family members. Cougar Town was created by Bill Lawrence and Kevin Biegel and is produced by Doozer, and Coquette Productions in association with ABC Studios.

Cougar Town is filmed in Culver Studios in Culver City, California. The first episode had well over 11 million viewers, and the ratings continue to grow. Recently, TBS had purchased the rights to the series for an additional 15 episode season, to air in 2013, with the option for additional seasons. The Cleveland Show is an animated sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane, Mike Henry, and Richard Appel for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The Cleveland show is a spin-off from Family Guy. The series follows the lives of the Browns and Tubbs, two crazy families that often pokes fun at American Culture. The show was created by MacFarlane in 2007 after creating American Dad! and Family Guy. MacFarlane concentrated on the life of Cleveland Brown, a character from the original Family Guy series, his new wife Donna Tubbs, his step children Rallo and Roberta Tubbs, and his son Cleveland, Jr. an obese, soft spoken teen (opposite to his original depiction in the series Family Guy).

Childrens Hospital is a comedy TV series and webseries that satires current the current medical drama genre. Childrens Hospital  was created by and starring actor and comedian Rob Corddry. The series began online on The WB in 2008, but was later picked up by Adult Swim and began airing episodes in 2010. Childrens Hospital follows the lives of the staff of Childrens Hospital named after Dr. Arthur Childrens. The hospital randomly relocates without reason to Brazil, and makes no effort to conceal the fact that the show is filmed in Los Angeles, California. Rob Corddry is part of an amazing cast of actors portraying the hospital’s physicians, including Lake Bell, Erinn Hayes, Ken Marino, Rob huebel, and Megan Mullally. Recently Malin Akerman and Henry Winkler joined the cast for season two. Originally both Comedy Central and Adult Swim were competing for the rights to the show, but Rob Coddry chose Adult Swim feeling 15 minute episodes were better  than the thirty minute episodes Comedy Central required.

Casting Update October 14, 2012

Here is what they need for tomorrow, Tuesday for ‘The Mob Doctor’. Medical Staff (could be repeats or new-starting a new episode). And, Patients and Visitors – registered, but not been featured. Everyone should be able to repeat again. Also, for 2nd Unit, will need a few Background as Pedestrians. Again, noone that has been featured yet. Adidas Commercial Casting Call

Casting Directors are still casting talent for the ADIDAS commercial shooting this Tuesday at the United Center, in Chicago, Il. It is a NON-UNION commercial paying $125 flat. It will be a night shoot at the United Center, with call times expected to be in the late afternoon.

If you are a Chicago Bulls fan – it is one you don’t want to miss! You must be registered @ www.atmospherecastingchicago.com before filling out the availability form (no exceptions).

Casting Directors are looking for the following categories on the following dates (which you should keep in mind when filling out the availability form).

Saturday, August 11th Bar Scene

– All Ethnicity, All Genders, Age Range 21 – 30. Pedestrians (Tourists/Business Types/Physically Fit Individuals) – All Ethnicity, All Genders, Age Range 18 – 50

Sunday, August 12th Kids Playing in the Street

– All Ethnicity (although primarily African American), All Genders, Age Range 9 – 15

(Do Not Submit unless your child CURRENTLY has a valid Illinois work permit with either Atmosphere Casting of Chicago or a Talent Agency – no exceptions) Tuesday, August 14th General Crowd at United Center (including those with cheerleading background),

All Ethnicity, All Genders, Age Range 18 – 50

We are looking for all types, but specifically we are looking for “business types” and basketball players over 6’2″ in height.
