The idea here would be someone that has been a mascot or similar

Need movement experience and cannot be claustrophobic as will be in the large mask

• Ladies 24-28 waist
• Guys 38-42R jacket size 

Then looking for good-looking folks 20’s to 40’s to portray a judge and host type

• All looks and ethnicities but with some performing experience

PROJECT INFORMATION:

HEALTH CARE COMMERCIAL – Non Union project

Shoot dates: JUN 7 / 8 / 9

Workdays: up to 3

Shoot place: Miami, Fl.

Fitting: JUN 6

Usage: US / Video & print digital only + Internal Print (brochures, flyers, members communications)

Term: 2 years

Exclusivity: NO

Adults rate: day $500 + usage $2,700 = $3,200 – 20% agency fee

Minors rate: day $400 + usage: $1,950 = $2,350 – 20% agency fee

All options must be available for the tree days specified above.

• Real people rather than actors. We are looking for groups of two up to five (neighbours / family / friends / flatmates etc). Aged 18+

• £1,500 (which covers one day of filming, a wardrobe fitting a fee for appearing in the campaign
• Additional £350 for a 2nd shoot day (if required)
• An additional £1,500 if they featured in final TV materials

$200 flat rate for the day. ($25 added for parking/transportation).

Must be able to get to OAK PARK, Illinois on your own.

They will provide a lunch Call time from about 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (please submit only if available)
