Job Detail: We are currently casting for a fun and exciting project to showcase the genuine friendships of natural friend groups in New England. This is a non-scripted project, and we are looking for individuals who can bring authenticity and natural camaraderie to the screen. The project aims to capture the essence of genuine friendships and the bond between group members.
Job Responsibilities: As part of the selected friend group, your primary responsibility will be to be yourself and showcase your friendship’s unique dynamics and interactions on camera. There will be no scripted lines or acting required. The project will involve various activities, conversations, and adventures your group typically engages in.
Requirements:
- Real friend group consisting of 3 individuals.
- All group members must be between 18 and 30 at the time of application.
- Must reside in the New England area and have availability for shooting during the specified dates.
- No prior acting experience is necessary. We seek genuine, natural individuals who can be comfortable on camera.
Compensation Details: If your friend group is selected to participate in the project, each member of the group will receive a compensation of $2,500 for their involvement. This payment will be made after the successful completion of the shooting days.
Shooting Schedule: The shooting will take 1-2 days in mid-August. So that you know, specific dates will be communicated to the selected friend groups.

Responsibilities
Our Creative Director will report to our home office in Columbus, Ohio and will be responsible for managing creative projects for Rise Brands and its family of brands. This position reports to our Marketing + Creative leader. The job responsibilities include:
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, aligning team and company goals to increase sales and enhance guest experience
- Conceptualize campaigns and creative needs; lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate new ideas/creative direction for new and existing concepts across a multitude of tactics (e.g. digital, print, video, in-store experiences)
- Direct and provide precise feedback/direction on all creative campaigns
- Provide active leadership and timely coaching + development to a team of 5-6 creative professionals
- Work with Leadership and HR to evaluate and identify staffing needs for the creative team structure and lead talent acquisition efforts for future creative roles
- Build and manage relationships with outside partners/vendors in tandem with the Creative Project Manager.
- Overall accountability of organization and allocation of resources for creative project schedules and budgets
- Oversee the delivery of creative for internal/external communications aligned with company strategic goals

Production Designer Responsibilities:
- Use and update brand-approved templates to build and update marketing material and product documentation
