A live experiential marketing event in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking reliable, outgoing, and professional promotional talent to represent a nonprofit organization during a special guest performance at a local music venue. This event staffing opportunity is ideal for energetic brand ambassadors and an experienced team lead who enjoy interacting with the public and creating a positive guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent the organization professionally during the live music event.
• Engage with event attendees in a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable manner.
• Share campaign information and encourage positive audience interaction.
• Assist with promotional and experiential marketing activities throughout the event.
• Follow instructions from event management and maintain professionalism during the shift.
• Team Lead will help coordinate brand ambassadors and support smooth event operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a busy live-event environment.
• Team Lead candidates should have leadership or experiential marketing experience.
• Must be punctual and professional throughout the event.

Compensation

• Team Lead: $35 per hour.
• Brand Ambassadors: $30 per hour.
• 1099 position paid weekly.
