Child Photo Double for TV Series

Job Description
A television production is casting a child photo double to match a young character for an upcoming series filming in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The production team is looking for a young boy who closely matches the physical appearance of the child actor, including hair color, height, and overall look. Photo doubles play an important role in supporting filming by standing in for lighting setups and helping maintain visual continuity during production.

Job Responsibilities

The Role at a Glance

This role calls for a highly skilled and creatively driven video professional who can lead end‑to‑end production—from filming and lighting to editing, motion design, and scriptwriting—while collaborating closely with internal teams and talent. Applicants must also submit relevant work samples that demonstrate their technical abilities and creative storytelling skills.

What you’ll be doing

•    Executing all aspects of video production, including camera operation, audio capture, and scene lighting.
•    Operating studio equipment such as lighting systems, routing equipment, switchers, and audio boards.
•    Editing video content with excellent proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
•    Applying strong motion design skills and creative effects within edits.
•    Directing both professional talent and internal staff during shoots.
•    Contributing creative video concepts and ideas.
•    Writing clear, engaging video scripts.
•    Organizing and maintaining detailed shooting schedules.
•    Collaborating closely with internal teams and freelance production staff.
•    Capturing headshots and event photography as needed.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience across all phases of video and multimedia production, including writing, directing, cinematography, audio recording, lighting, editing, compression, animation, motion design, and photography.

The pay range for this position is $72,900 – $131,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
