Job Description

The 20th Century Television series “911 Nashville” is seeking a male background actor to portray the grandfather of the groom in an upcoming wedding scene filming in Franklin, Tennessee. This non-union background acting opportunity is looking for talent who can bring a natural and authentic family presence to the on-camera celebration.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray the groom’s grandfather in a wedding scene.
• Participate naturally in family and wedding-related background activity.
• Interact authentically with other performers as directed.
• Follow instructions from the production team throughout filming.
• Maintain continuity and professionalism during an extended filming day.

Requirements

• Black male.
• Ages 55–70.
• Comfortable portraying the grandfather of the groom.
• Must be prepared for a filming day of 12 hours or longer.
• Must be able to work as a local hire in Franklin, Tennessee, and surrounding areas.
• Non-union talent.

Compensation

• $100 for 8 hours.
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 8 hours.
