A leading AI-powered creative studio is seeking a visionary Design Director to shape the visual identity, creative direction, and overall aesthetic of high-end AI-generated video and design projects. This role is ideal for senior-level creatives who blend artistic excellence with strategic thinking, bringing bold concepts to life across cinematic, branding, and experiential work.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and design language for all studio projects

• Oversee visual direction across motion, branding, product design, and AI-generated content

• Collaborate with directors, producers, and technical teams to ensure cohesive artistic execution

• Guide designers and artists, providing clear feedback and elevating visual quality

• Develop and maintain creative standards, style guidelines, and brand systems

• Explore and integrate cutting-edge AI tools into the design process

• Present concepts to internal teams and stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Requirements

• Senior-level design experience (creative director, design director, art director, or similar)

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing strong visual taste and multidisciplinary design work

• Ability to lead creative teams and drive high-level visual strategy

• Experience with motion design and AI-enhanced creative workflows a strong plus

• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

• Ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and production departments
