Job Description: We are seeking a Mariachi Band for an upcoming film project shooting in the Atlanta/Norcross area. The ideal group will have experience performing traditional Mariachi music and must include players of the trumpet, guitarrón, and vihuela. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talent on a larger platform and contribute to an exciting production.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform traditional Mariachi music in background scenes for the film.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper timing and execution of musical performances in alignment with the scene requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism on set and adhere to the filming schedule.
  • Be available for rehearsals and shoot days as required by the production team.

Requirements:

  • A complete Mariachi band that includes trumpet, guitarrón, and vihuela players.
  • Ability to portray Hispanic culture authentically in a Mariachi performance setting.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to follow direction.
  • Must be available for all scheduled filming days in the Atlanta/Norcross area.
  • Must provide a recent photo of the band along with contact information.

Compensation:

  • Higher filming rate to be determined based on the band’s experience and the final filming schedule.

Expert Broadway-Style Pianist (Male, 20s) for Richard Linklater Musical Theater Film

Job Description:
Vicky Boone Casting is seeking a talented and experienced male pianist in his 20s who can expertly play broadway-style piano for an exciting new film directed by Richard Linklater. This is a day player role that requires both excellent musical ability and vocal skills to perform in a musical theater setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a broadway-style pianist in key scenes for the film, showcasing advanced piano playing skills.
  • Sing in a range from High: G#3/Ab3 to Low: C3 during musical numbers, following the direction of the production team.
  • Collaborate with other performers and the production crew to ensure seamless integration of music into the scenes.
  • Follow instructions and adapt to on-set requirements, maintaining professionalism throughout the shoot.
  • Represent the character with energy and musical expertise, bringing authenticity to the musical performance.

Requirements:

  • Male, aged 20-29, of any ethnicity.
  • Must be able to play broadway-style piano at an expert level.
  • Must be comfortable singing in a musical theater setting (vocal range: High G#3/Ab3 to Low C3).
  • Must be a member of SAG-AFTRA or willing to join if selected.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced film production environment.
  • Based in or willing to work in Austin, TX.

Compensation:

Lead Role for Nationwide Rapper Project

Job Description: We are casting for the lead role in an exciting new project centered around a rapper. The production is seeking an African American male to portray a young, charismatic, and dynamic rapper. The role will involve performing, engaging with music and lyrics, and capturing the essence of hip-hop culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Portray the lead role of a rapper, performing rap verses and interacting in various scenes related to the project.
  • Embody the energy, style, and charisma associated with the hip-hop community.
  • Follow direction from the production team to bring authenticity and creativity to the role.

Requirements:

  • African American male, aged 18-25 (or able to portray within this range).
  • Height: Approximately 6’4″ or close.
  • Must have a strong presence and understanding of hip-hop culture.
  • Previous experience in music or performance is a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing to travel for the shoot (travel expenses covered).

Compensation:

  • Lead role will be compensated at SAG (Screen Actors Guild) rate.
  • Travel expenses paid by the production.

ManTech is seeking a motivated, experienced and goal driven Digital Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team onsite in Herndon, VA. This will be an early to mid-career marketing rockstar who is digitally savvy and focuses on developing an influence eco-system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create content for multiple media channels to increase brand awareness, market share, employee engagement, cool culture elevation, and client engagement. This would include designing video pieces (short & medium form),podcast recordings, digital campaigns, managing company social media channels, and working as a member of a full service marketing and communication team

  • Create and publish content for digital platforms, such as websites, blogs, videos, and social media. This includes bringing creative ideas that attract internal and external stakeholders to ManTech. Developing and executive the creative concept from writing copy and developing messaging to delivering the final marketing materials for internal and external platforms

  • Manage the company’s social media platforms to elevate brand reputation, engage and influence key stakeholders. This can include producing, filming, and editing video material

  • Operate recording sessions, edit episodes, and add music and sound effects. This can include making sure audio quality is up to par and exporting episodes as MP3 files

  • Find and attract guests to participate on a podcast. This can include sending emails to potential guests (internal and external) and securing them to join the show

  • Participates in marketing presentation activities and develops and delivers presentations to clients and management

  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs

  • Stays up to date on the latest social media trends, and implements them into ManTech’s marketing campaigns

  • Influences and engages partners across the enterprise on media strategy via succinct, data driven presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field) and at least 5 years of related experience

  • Strong sense of creativity with a passion for staying on top of the latest trends

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including video and audio editing, design fluency, social advocacy tools, email marketing software and AI/data analytics tools

  • In-depth knowledge of using various social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

  • Prior communications and employee engagement experience

  • Knowledge of corporate communications best practices

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

  • Creative skills to produce graphics and video. Ideal candidate has experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, especially graphics and video editing tools

  • Strong editing, writing, and presentation skills

  • Proven communication and influencer skills

  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events as well as occasional work during evenings and weekends

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • No clearance is required. Must be eligible to obtain a clearance if needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations

  • Constantly operates a computer (including electronic productivity software and tools),mobile phone and other IT peripherals
