Description:

The Editor and Content Strategist, Sr Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing the Enterprise’s global content strategy. This position collaborates closely with marketing and solutions leaders to develop content that drives lead generation, brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple channels. This role drives content production, editing, and optimization of a wide range of assets while ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and adherence to search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with marketing and business leaders to create comprehensive content strategies that support lead generation, brand positioning, and user engagement goals
• Provides editorial direction to content contributors (SMEs, freelancers, etc.) to deliver quality content on time, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs
• Drives the production and editing of content assets, including research reports, thought leadership pieces, articles, white papers, blogs, web pages, case studies, newsletters, videos, webinars, and campaign materials; may include writing first drafts
• In partnership with the digital team, measures and analyzes content performance, particularly on websites and blogs and adjusts strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and keyword targeting
• Works with designers, the digital marketing team, marketing business partners, and others to optimize user experiences and deliver content that resonates with target audiences.
• Maintains and curates a global content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, relevant, and accessible for internal and external use
• Ensures all content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and quality standards while contributing to the overall elevation of the Enterprise

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field required
• At least 7 years’ experience writing and editing, with recent leadership in content strategy, content management, and/or editorial required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in content creation across formats and platforms required
• Familiarity with content management tools and performance metrics required
• Deep knowledge of content marketing best practices, user experience, and audience engagement strategies required
• Experience at a global and/or professional services organization preferred

Location:  In office.

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

Travel Requirements: 10% travel (e.g. 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office)

Casting Call for Informant’s Mother – Non-Union True Crime Recreation Series

Job Description:
We are seeking a Black female actor, aged 40-50, to portray the “Informant’s Mother” in a non-union true crime recreation series filming in Knoxville, TN. This is a non-speaking role, and the actor will play a pivotal background character who provides emotional depth to the scene. The focus will be on conveying the mother’s concern and support through expressions and body language.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray the mother of the informant in a crime reenactment scene.
• Follow the direction of the production team to authentically portray the emotional weight of the role.
• Use body language and facial expressions to communicate the character’s emotions and involvement.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality on set.

Requirements:

• Black female, aged 40-50.
• Comfortable working as a non-speaking background actor.
• Able to commit to the required shoot day in Knoxville, TN.

Compensation Details:

• Rate: $135/day.

Casting Call for Waitress Role – Lifetime Thriller Feature Film

Job Description: We are seeking a talented female actor, aged 20-35, to portray a warm and welcoming waitress in an upcoming Lifetime thriller feature film. This background role requires someone who can exude genuine charm and create a hospitable atmosphere on screen, making everyone around her feel at home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a friendly and approachable waitress, contributing to the film’s setting and character interactions.
• Deliver a warm, inviting performance that enhances the authenticity of the scene.
• Participate in fittings and possible rehearsals to ensure the character’s appearance and demeanor align with the film’s vision.
• Maintain a professional attitude on set, including punctuality and preparedness for potentially long shooting days.

Requirements:

• Female, aged 20-35 years old.
• Must be able to convey a warm, welcoming personality.
• Prior experience in acting or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work as a local hire in the Nashville area.
• Ability to commit to being on set for 12+ hours, though actual filming time may vary.

Compensation:

• $100.00 for 8 hours, with an 8-hour guarantee.
• Time and a half pay after 8 hours.
• This role offers the chance to gain experience in a professional film production and contribute to a major television network’s thriller project.

Casting Call for Jennifer Role in “Killer Couples” Series

Job Description: We are seeking a talented actress to portray the role of Jennifer in an upcoming episode of the series “Killer Couples.” The filming will take place in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate should be able to convincingly portray extreme emotion and concern.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray Jennifer in various scenes as directed by the production team.
• Exhibit a wide range of emotions, particularly extreme emotion and concern, suitable for the character.
• Follow the director’s instructions to ensure accurate and consistent portrayal of the character.

Requirements:

• Female, in early 20s.
• Must resemble the photo provided by the casting team and be able to match hair appearance.
• Comfortable portraying extreme emotion and concern.
• Must be able to travel to Knoxville, TN for filming.

Compensation Details:

• Pay rate is $150 per day.
• Meals provided on set.

Military Dad for Internet Company Commercial

Job Description: We are seeking a Hispanic man aged 31-34 to portray a military dad in an upcoming commercial for an internet company. The role involves a scene where the dad, deployed overseas, is virtually tucking his kids in for bed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act in a scene portraying a deployed military dad interacting with his kids via video call.
• Follow the director’s instructions to accurately depict the character.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth filming process.

Requirements:

• Age: 31-34
• Ethnicity: Hispanic
• Must be a local hire in Nashville, TN (no travel paid).
• Available for an in-person fitting and the specified filming dates.
