Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations for a reality television series
• Manage production budgets and financial planning
• Coordinate production schedules, logistics, and staffing
• Lead and supervise production teams across multiple departments
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with executive producers, crew, and key stakeholders
• Support the successful delivery of unscripted television content

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of broadcast television Line Producer credits
• Proven leadership experience in unscripted, multi-camera reality television
• Strong communication and people management skills
• High proficiency in managing production budgets
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Must be based in Melbourne or willing to relocate at personal expense
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
