Job Description
Casting directors are seeking experienced and passionate Teaching Artists to join a vibrant Youth Program Faculty within a growing arts organization. This role focuses on nurturing creativity, technique, and confidence in young dancers while fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Job Responsibilities

Teach engaging dance classes for students ages 3–12 in various styles and levels

Develop lesson plans that align with program goals and inspire artistic growth

Provide individualized attention and constructive feedback to students

Collaborate with other instructors and staff to support program activities and performances

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere
Requirements

Prior teaching experience with young dancers ages 3–12

Strong background in ballet, creative movement, and introductory modern or jazz-based dance

Ability to connect with children through encouragement and creativity

Excellent communication and classroom management skills
