Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Runner II to assist our Operations and Production team on-site for remote TV broadcasts. This role involves running errands, distributing information, and assisting in coordinating announcer arrivals and departures, along with other related tasks as directed by the production team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to handle a variety of tasks, all while having a solid understanding of basic broadcast operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-site operations and production for remote TV broadcasts.
- Run errands and distribute information as directed by the production team.
- Coordinate with announcers and production staff for arrivals and departures.
- Perform various tasks as required to support the smooth execution of the broadcast.
- Maintain clear and reliable communication with the operations team throughout the event.
- Check in and out each day with the operations team to ensure all tasks are completed.
Requirements:
- Must live within 100 miles of the event site to be considered.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- A minimum of 8 shows worked as a regional-level runner in live remote productions is required.
- Must have reliable communication tools (cellphone, text, and email).
- Must possess a positive attitude and a proactive personality, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Must be able to check in and out each day with the operations team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the local area and venue is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead other runners during the event.
- Demonstrated ability to remain positive and proactive in a high-energy, dynamic environment.

- Stand for long periods and move along the field as needed to follow the action.
