Job Responsibilities

• Support event and production teams on set and on-site

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and overall logistics

• Coordinate with talent, crew, and management throughout the production

• Handle administrative and behind-the-scenes support

• Contribute to smooth event execution with professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements

• Must be organized, dependable, and a strong communicator

• Prior production or event experience is a plus

• Available for the full duration of the April–August 2025 season

Job Responsibilities
