CreativeDrive (the production/advertising agency hired to produce the shoot) has implemented a vaccination mandate for anyone working with CreativeDrive and its clients in all US studios and on location. Therefore, all visitors, including talent 5 + years, parents/guardians of child talent, will be asked to show the following:
• Proof of vaccination — Proof of vaccination must reflect a full vaccination (i.e. 14 days after 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or after 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson) and can be a hard copy of the vaccination card, a photo or e-copy.
Providing proof of a booster shot is not necessary at this time.
• Negative COVID test within 72 hours as part of the check-in process in all CreativeDrive studios and on location.
IF SELECTED YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE NEXT STEPS ON HOW TO OBTAIN A TEST.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT FOR THE CASTING IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ABIDE BY THE CREATIVEDRIVE COVID-19 PROTOCOL.
