Job Description

A luxury resort in the Maldives is seeking experienced professional DJs for an exclusive resort residency opportunity. This role is ideal for DJs with a strong background in luxury hospitality and expertise in creating sophisticated musical experiences for high-end international guests. Successful candidates will perform at a luxury poolside restaurant and bar while enjoying a unique residency experience in one of the world’s premier travel destinations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform live DJ sets at a luxury resort venue
• Curate music that complements a premium guest experience
• Create engaging atmospheres for resort guests
• Maintain professional standards throughout the residency
• Collaborate with resort management and event teams
• Adapt playlists to different audiences and settings

Requirements

• Professional DJ experience required
• Experience in luxury hospitality environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of one or more of the following genres:
  • Downtempo
  • Organic / Tribal
  • Deep House
  • Nu Soul / Nu Funk
  • Indie Dance
  • Afro House
  • Nu Disco
  • Balearic
• Ability to perform in a high-end resort setting
• Strong music curation and crowd-reading skills
• Not suitable for techno or harder electronic music specialists
