Job Description
A resort-style entertainment opportunity is now hiring experienced sports instructors for 3–12 month contracts in the Maldives. This is a high-energy role for fitness pros who love leading groups, creating fun class experiences, and keeping guests motivated. UK applicants only. Location: Maldives.
Job Responsibilities

Lead engaging group sessions including aqua gym/aqua aerobics, stretching, and dance-based fitness classes.

Deliver safe, upbeat instruction that matches guest ability levels and maintains strong energy throughout each class.

Support a positive resort atmosphere by encouraging participation and helping guests feel confident and included.

Maintain a professional presence and help keep class areas organized and ready for sessions.
Requirements

Must be a UK-based applicant eligible to work internationally for the contract period.

Proven experience as a sports instructor, fitness instructor, or group exercise leader (aqua fitness and dance class experience preferred).

Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and confidence leading groups in an entertainment-focused environment.

Ability to commit to a 3–12 month contract and work a 6-day schedule with 1 day off weekly.
Compensation

Salary: USD $1,300–$1,800 per month.

Circus acts (no flying acts)

Must be available for an international cruise contract running mid-January through late February 2026

Comfortable living and working onboard a ship with a large guest capacity

Must have valid STCW certification and a Seaman’s Book
