Job Description
A feature Western film is seeking a lead actress to star in an upcoming production filming in Llano, Texas. This role requires an experienced horsewoman comfortable with Western riding across varied terrain in the Texas Hill Country. The story involves a strong female lead with a teenage son, making this a dynamic and character-driven role.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray the lead character in a feature-length Western film
- Perform horseback riding scenes across outdoor terrain
- Collaborate closely with the director and cast
- Participate in the majority of filming days
- Deliver a compelling and authentic performance
Requirements
- Female, mid to late 30s
- Experienced horse rider (Western riding required)
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varied terrain
- Must resemble a believable parent to a 15-year-old character
- Texas residents preferred
- Prior acting experience preferred but not required

Male Horse Riders for Major Feature Film
Job Description
A major feature film is seeking skilled male horse riders for both day and night shoots. No acting experience is necessary, but candidates must be confident and experienced in horseback riding. The role will be filmed across multiple locations with fittings taking place at Sky Studios, Elstree.
Job Responsibilities

Perform horseback riding sequences as directed for the film.

Work with animals safely and professionally during production.

Follow on-set instructions to achieve the desired performance.

Attend costume fittings prior to filming.
Requirements

Male, experienced horse rider.

Able to work day shoots and night shoots.

Must be comfortable riding in various conditions.
Compensation
-
SPACT rates of approximately £250–£400+ per filming day, depending on hours worked.
