Job Location: Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
Job Description: Works with clients, producers, colorists, and engineers to execute workflows for various long and short-form projects.

- The role would assist the company’s executives on all issues, especially office management, scheduling, travel and logistics, and cost reports.
- A candidate should be organized, an energetic, competent writer, and deeply interested in production and company management.
- At least one year of administrative experience is necessary.
- Must have access to a vehicle (car).
Key Responsibilities
- Ingest client media for dailies transcode and archival
- Conform and occasionally color long and short-form projects from the camera negative and various sources.
- Work closely with operations to make sure all schedules and scope are accurate.
- Review and ensure that all elements meet technical requirements
- Work unsupervised and supervised with clients
- Able to handle essential VFX work: shadow removal, masking, split screens.
- Execute deliverables
- Communicate on progress and completion of each project.
- Train on equipment upgrades and new procedures
Experience/Skill Required
- At least five years of experience is needed in a post-production finish environment.
- Understanding production and post-production techniques and terms such as file formats, codecs, workflows, and deliverables.
- Experience with LTO Archiving.
- Experience with HDR.
- Experience in conforming, color correction, finishing, and creating deliverables for long and short-form projects.
- Working knowledge of OSX, Resolve, Colorfront, Premiere, Avid, Final Cut, and After Effects.
