Production Title: Phiphen Studios 

Job Location: Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey

Job Description: Job Description: Overseas the execution of project upon arrival to the facility. Both long and short form. DI Producers collaborates with all staff members and managements to adjust workflows to deliver projects within deadline and budgets.

Role: DI Producer

  • The role would assist the company’s executives on all issues, especially office management, scheduling, travel and logistics, and cost reports.
  • A candidate should be organized, and energetic, competent writer, and deeply interested in production and company management.
  • At least one year of administrative experience is necessary.
  • Must have access to a vehicle (car). 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with operations to make sure all schedules and scope are accurate.
  • Supervise and coordinate transcodes, conforms, color correction, and final deliverables for multiple projects.
  • Track and communicate progress and estimate/actualize reports to operations, studio, and production personnel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with producers, directors, cinematographers, editors, and other client contacts to help source and close new projects.
  • Work in a deadline-driven and team-based environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and excellent multi-tasking skills

Experience/Skill Required

  • Understanding production and post-production techniques and terms such as file formats, codecs, workflows, and deliverables.
  • A minimum of three years of experience is needed in a post-production environment.

A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

  • Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

  • Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

  • Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days

Requirements

  • Previous on-set experience in your applied role

  • Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

  • For Audio Techs: own audio kit

Compensation

  • Production Assistant: $220/12

  • Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

  • Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
