Job Title: Actor/Actress
Age Range: 40s-50s
Project Overview: We are creating a series of short corporate training videos (30-60 seconds each) focused on the dos and don’ts of effective management. Each scenario will depict a conversation between a manager and their subordinate, aiming to illustrate positive and negative management behaviors.
Roles:

LEAD – Managers (“Steve”): Principal speaking roles. We are seeking one male and one female actor, each portraying a different manager. Candidates should have strong acting experience and be adept at conveying a range of managerial styles and scenarios.

SUPPORTING – Subordinate/Direct Report (“Sheila”): Principal speaking roles. We are seeking one male and one female actor to represent employees in various interactions with their managers. Actors should be able to express a range of responses to managerial behaviors.
Any Ethnicity: We are looking for a diverse cast and welcome applicants of any ethnicity.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the director and production team to understand the video’s objectives and your character’s role.
- Memorize and deliver lines with authentic emotion and clear articulation.
- Be prepared to take direction and adapt performance as required.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and shoots.
Requirements:
- Aged 40s-50s.
- Strong acting experience, particularly in speaking roles.
- Ability to portray a realistic corporate professional.
- Must be available for both shooting days: January 13th & 14th.
- Must be local to Sacramento or willing to travel at your own expense.
