Job Responsibilities

We’re now launching a creator-powered growth experiment for a newly released mobile app and are looking for a UGC Growth Strategist to lead this project-based assignment, focused on driving short-form video performance across TikTok and other platforms.

This is not your typical campaign management role — it’s an opportunity to build and execute a high-volume UGC system that drives measurable installs, brand awareness, and real performance results in a fast-moving experimental setting.


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead a short-term, high-impact initiative to build and operate a viral content production engine from scratch:

  • Launch and manage a creator ambassador network of 30–50+ content accounts across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels (with possible tests on Threads and Snap)

  • Personally recruit, onboard, and brief creators to publish 2–4 videos per day across platforms

  • Build a workflow for daily UGC output — up to 3,000 videos over 30 days

  • Create and enforce simple creative guidelines, including:

    • Face-to-camera, VO, meme-style, or screen-recorded content

    • Text overlays, verbal or visual app mentions, strong CTA usage

    • Trackable links in bio or captions

  • Oversee consistency, quality, and creative direction across all videos

  • Implement a content review and tracking system using tools like Notion or Airtable

  • Monitor and optimize creator performance based on engagement and virality

  • Rotate talent as needed — testing new creators, phasing out low performers

  • Deliver a final performance report with insights, learnings, and growth results


Who Your Creators Are

You’ll be sourcing and managing creators who meet this profile:

  • Female-presenting, ideally 30+ years old

  • Fluent English speakers (American accent preferred)

  • Confident in front of the camera and experienced with platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts

  • Capable of consistent content posting and following structured creative briefs


What Success Looks Like

  • 2,000–3,000 short-form videos posted across platforms within 30 days

  • 5–10+ daily videos reaching 100K+ views organically

  • Clear uplift in app downloads and brand visibility

  • A trackable, performance-backed case study on UGC-led mobile app growth


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in UGC marketing, creator program management, or short-form content operations

  • Proven track record building or running high-volume TikTok/IG creator initiatives

  • Ability to recruit, brief, and motivate creators at scale

  • Deep understanding of short-form content trends, hooks, and platform algorithms

  • Organized, data-minded, and ready to take ownership of an ambitious one-time initiative

  • Bonus: experience driving app installs or brand growth through organic video content
