We are seeking real New Yorkers who are experiencing disputes and are open to participating in conflict mediation. This project will document real-life stories, offering free mediation to help resolve the situation. Participants will be given the chance to express their stories and find meaningful resolutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in a filmed documentary that will explore real conflicts between landlords, tenants, or roommates.
• Attend conflict mediation sessions, guided by professionals, to address and potentially resolve the dispute.
• Share personal experiences and insights regarding your current conflict, while being open and communicative throughout the filming process.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the accurate and respectful portrayal of your situation.

Requirements:

• Must be a current resident of New York City.
• Must be currently involved in an active dispute with a landlord, tenant, or roommate.
• Willingness to participate in conflict mediation and be open to the process.
• Comfortable being filmed and sharing personal details of your situation for the purposes of the documentary.
• Available to commit to mediation sessions and any additional filming as needed.

Casting Call for Young Male Actor – Non-Union Documentary Film (1970s Adventure Theme)

Job Description: We are seeking a young male actor to portray an adventurous, “Goonies-type” character for a documentary film set in the 1970s. The project will film in Spicewood, Texas, and will require the actor to embody the spirit of a bold, curious, and fearless young adventure seeker.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a young adventurer in a 1970s-themed documentary.
• Be available for multiple shoot dates, including potential additional dates before the end of the filming period.
• Follow direction from the production team to capture the adventurous and spirited nature of the character.

Requirements:

• Age Range: 8-12 (able to portray ages 9-10).
• Hair: Blonde hair.
• Ethnicity: Caucasian/Anglo/Mixed Ethnic.
• Must be available for all scheduled filming days.
• Able to work as a local hire in Spicewood, TX.

Compensation Details:

• Pay: $400 per day if selected.
