Character Description:
George Lane is a male, early 20s to 40s, with a mobility disability (preferably a BTK leg amputee, but open to other disabilities). He is street-smart, intense, and a recovering drug addict and germophobe. His past is riddled with drug and alcohol convictions, but after being clean for a year and a half, he channels his intensity into a deep-seated sense of justice and compassion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray the character of George Lane, reflecting his history and emotional complexity.
• Deliver a compelling performance that brings authenticity and depth to a character who has fought through adversity.
• Collaborate closely with the director to accurately capture George’s transformation from a troubled past to a passionate advocate.

Requirements:

Casting Call: Role of TOMMIE (Victim) for Oxygen Network Project

Job Description:

We are casting for the role of Tommie, a 70-80 year old Black man with salt and pepper hair for an upcoming Oxygen Network production. The role involves portraying a murder victim and includes scripted violence. Actors must be comfortable with a prop gun being pointed at them during filming. This is a non-speaking role with no script audio required.
