The Video Production Specialist II will work within Zebra’s Global Demand Center to serve as video producer and editor. This person will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from preproduction (script and storyboard creation), production (video shooting, lighting, and sound), to postproduction (editing). The Video Production Specialist II will work closely with the global demand center, global product marketing, branding, public relations, and internal communications to build and deliver best-in class video while working on new and innovative video formats to best tell the Zebra story.

Responsibilities:
- Under minimal instruction, manages all aspects of the video creation process, from pre-production concepting, scripts, storyboarding and timelines, to post-production editing.
- Collaborates with outsourced production talent, including videographer, sound and lighting for each program.
- Maintains final assets in a common digital asset management system.
- Works closely with internal clients in the global demand center, global product marketing, branding, public relations and internal communications to meet their video production needs.
- Explores new and innovative video formats to expand Zebra’s social presence.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2 + years of experience with a proven record of producing high quality video content, from concepting to completion, at an agency or production company
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Audition software
- Motion graphic and animation experience a plus
- A record of success managing production teams and guiding a variety of video formats
- Highly creative with the willingness to continually explore new creative paths
- Demonstrating a collaborative, cross-functional approach for planning and problem solving
- Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
- Able to travel 25%
- Hybrid work schedule
