CBC is looking for talented dancers to feature in promotional materials for the JUNOS awards. Directed by Jason Irwin and cast by Jesse Griffiths, this project seeks energetic, skilled dancers to participate in publicity and promos, providing CBC with unlimited usage rights as specified. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform choreographed dance routines as directed during shoots.
- Work collaboratively with directors, choreographers, and other dancers to achieve desired artistic vision.
- Participate in wardrobe fittings and adhere to costume requirements.
- Maintain high energy and professionalism throughout long shoot days.
Requirements:
- Any gender, any ethnicity, ages 25-35, and must not exceed a height of 5’10”.
- Specific skills required in one of the following styles: Breakdancing, Bhangra Hand Dancing, Uprock, Moonwalking, or as a Body Double.
- Must be available for wardrobe fitting on November 14th and shooting on specified dates (November 15 and/or 18, 2024).
- Must submit a headshot via email and specify the dancer role being applied for in the subject line.
Compensation Details:
- Rate of Pay: According to ACTRA CBC Agreement E501, $750 for an 8-hour day.
- Additional work time compensated at $72.37 per hour.
