Job Description
The Senior Integrated Producer leads large integrated projects and is responsible for their creative and business success. Taking the creative vision to a new level, whilst staying on time and on budget, and meeting client business challenges in a way that demonstrates versatility, creativity and impressive problem-solving skills. Should strive to flawlessly execute the work and relentlessly pursue the highest level of craft.
Responsibilities
- Elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions. Make Art.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of medium to large scale projects including: project discovery, resource allocation, creative development, technical production, and quality assurance.
- Manage digital projects including but not limited to animated banners, campaign mini-sites, online video production, e-mail campaigns and comprehensive online media campaigns.
- Mentor junior talent and other disciplines
- Maintain existing network of preferred partners and contacts of go-to resources for creating any manner of project (vendors, artists, agents etc). Keep agency preferred partner list up to date.
- Lead the vetting process on mid-large productions to accurately scope projects while defining requirements, deliverables and success metrics. Determine whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters (time and money), and providing creative solutions as needed.
- Lead the execution of large integrated productions (<1mil) including overseeing large multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams.
- Track and Actualize budgets (OOPs and Resource burn) per toolkit structure.
- Coordinate meetings, notes, hot sheets, status reports, task lists, etc. per toolkit structure.
- Develop and manage multiple project timelines and resources per toolkit structure.
- Have the foresight to see a project’s trajectory and put a plan in place to get ahead of its development. Being strategic and not only tactical and reactionary.
- Serve as the point person for all day-to-day internal and vendor communications. Be the backbone of the production and a confident leader for the group. Ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed and (if needed) educated on the production process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account, project managers, editors, animators (and if digital project – tech leads, UX-designers, and developers.)
- Lead and document post-summary meetings and suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.
- First line of defense on evaluating when and what needs; permits, releases, usage terms and other rights clearances.
- Build strong relationships with Business Affairs as a partner in discovery and through the production process. Have full understanding of AICP and AICE bid format.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent.
- Have a working knowledge of talent rules regarding usage and payment considerations.
- Apply grace under fire, inspiring confidence within the agency and client teams that production is in control, on-time, on-budget and always versatile in finding solutions.

Qualifications
- 6+ years agency experience
- Need to have one main production expertise Content (Broadcast, social and still), Digital (ar/vr, platform builds/apps, voice app) or Experiential (art installations, stunts, events, pop-ups)
- If Digital is the main, you should have two supporting skills; low/mid budget/stakes level content, photography and experiential projects.
- If Content is the main, you should have supporting skills experience of low/mid budget/stakes, digital and experiential projects.
- If Experiential is the main, you should have supporting skills experience of low/mid budget/stakes content and digital projects.
- Demonstrated experience bidding and managing large productions (>1mil) including development of production specs and effective risk management, overseeing large multi-discipline teams and ensuring overall quality of work.
- Proven ability to assess feasibility of creative executions and propose production solutions that push the quality of work forward.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. They will work closely with the Producers, Videographers and Editors on staff to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.
- Color grading at intermediate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.

- Thorough knowledge of Avid non-linear editing systems, specifically the Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of various codecs, containers and file types used in today’s media environment.
- Able to work within a team environment including in the field or studio and in the post process, editing and finishing.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment in variety of terrain and conditions from very hot to very cold.
- Good driving record, able to secure Missouri Operator’s License Class E.
- Good organizational skills: able to keep multiple projects balanced at any one time
