INSERT NAME HERE (INH HAIR) is currently looking for a Content Producer to join the team, reporting into the Senior Design and Content Manager.. As a member of our Design & Content team, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative content ideas, execute featured programming and innovate new content formats to support our social and digital teams, as well as our retail partners. We’re looking for an organized team player and sharp creative mind who understands how to concept content across various channels and emerging social media platforms, and how that impacts storytelling.
Who You Are :
- – You are a visual storyteller with strong experience bringing content to life, whether that’s through a 15 second TikTok or a 10 minute YouTube video. You understand how content is created and optimized for each output, while adhering to internal strategies and best practices.
- – You have 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a creative agency or internal creative team.
- – You have strong experience in content creation and production processes, with an innate ability for storytelling that upholds our brand values of creating diverse and equitable content.
- – You can just as easily create compelling content on your own as you can in partnership with the social and creative teams.
- – You are extremely familiar with all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc) and understand how to create content for each.
- – You have experience articulating creative intent to others, creating concepts that come to life on and off a storyboard.
- – You aren’t afraid to go first. You’re confident pitching creative content ideas, with an emphasis on engagement and innovation.
- – You are highly organized, proactive, self-motivated and adaptable.
- – You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects for a wide range of internal and external partners.
Responsibiltiies:
- – Work with internal creative stakeholders to create compelling brand content, ensuring content is developed to strategy, budget and deadlines
- – Leading end-to-end content creation and production processes across the INH Hair Initiatives. More specifically:
- – Successfully planning, managing and executing photoshoots on a daily to weekly basis for our social channels, digital teams and retail partners
- – Oversee long and short-form video production for campaigns, ongoing / evergreen social content and e-commerce from conception to execution
- Route edits, inclusive of cuts for all platforms, media, international and store needs
- – Build relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver asks, while crafting an environment that allows for innovation.
- – Lead clear briefs to align all business partners.
- – Clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables and resourcing needs.
- – Ensuring the brand content strategy is properly implemented, while maintaining the INH Hair voice and brand identity throughout all deliverables
- – Contribute forward-thinking ideas in brainstorms and creative kick-offs
- – Keeping your finger on the pulse of fresh ideas, creative content, as well as what other stand out brands are doing, and presenting those ideas and strategies to the social and content team on a regular basis

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. They will work closely with the Producers, Videographers and Editors on staff to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. They are responsible for maintaining the company’s production assets and working with the department production calendar so that equipment is ready for each project.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support production staff with variety of projects using production gear including various models of cameras, lenses, tripods, and other gear related to shooting.
- Work with Production team to build sets for production needs.
- Assist with general duties.
- Maintaining production equipment before and after projects.
- Coordinate the tracking of all production assets.
- Assist with research and ordering of equipment.
- Support with reporting and tracking maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
- Ingest media into company’s archiving system and prepare media for Editors.
- Log footage and edit basic to intermediate level projects.
- Operate additional cameras as needed for production needs including live events.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.
- Color grading at intermediate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.
- Strong communication skills – able to understand direction and make themselves understood when communicating objectives for accomplishing story lines or goals of a production.
- Thorough knowledge of Avid non-linear editing systems, specifically the Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of various codecs, containers and file types used in today’s media environment.
- Able to work within a team environment including in the field or studio and in the post process, editing and finishing.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment in variety of terrain and conditions from very hot to very cold.
- Good driving record, able to secure Missouri Operator’s License Class E.
- Good organizational skills: able to keep multiple projects balanced at any one time
- Strong video resume required. This resume should demonstrate samples from all of the areas mentioned above.
