Notre équipe agit en véritable chef d’orchestre dans la gestion de projets de différentes natures et collabore de manière quotidienne avec de multiples partenaires en interne et en externe, mais aussi avec les équipes marketing locales.
Missions :
En rejoignant notre équipe, tu auras l’opportunité de travailler sur les principales missions suivantes :
Innovation & compréhension du marché (consommateur / operateur)
- Identifier les insights clients et consommateurs et participation à l’écriture de nouveaux concepts
- Support dans la réalisation des études de marché qualitatives & quantitatives afin de générer de nouvelles idées et de développer des innovations pertinentes
- Participer à l’élaboration du packaging avec une agence de design externe
- Analyser les comportements consommateurs et faire de la veille concurrentielle sur les différents marchés européens pour identifier les futures opportunités de demain
- Investiguer sur des tendances de marché – dans le secteur de l’agroalimentaire mais aussi au-delà - pour en comprendre les enjeux, les drivers et les freins actuelles
Marketing activation GMS :
- Support dans le plan d’activation d’un lancement de produit Retail (media & in store)
- Développent des PLV et suivi des activités promotionnelles en magasin
- Coordination des agences et suivi budgétaire
- Mise en place et suivi des KPIs lancement
Profil :
- Tu prépares un BAC +4/5 spécialité Marketing avec idéalement une 1ère expérience en Produits de Grande Consommation ou en Marketing
- Dynamique, Réactif, tu sais également faire preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et de créativité
- Tu possèdes d’excellente capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Tu es force de proposition et sais prendre le lead en équipe projet
- Tu es curieux et sais adopter un esprit entrepreneur quand cela est nécessaire
- Tu parles anglais couramment
