Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons actuellement notre futur(e) stagiaire/alternant(e) assistant(e) en ressources humaines.

VOS MISSIONS

Au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes , vous interviendrez en soutien du service Ressources Humaines.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

– Dans le cadre de la négociation d’un nouvel accord de GPEC sur l’année 2023, vous interviendrez en support de la Responsable des relations sociales, sur la partie opérationnelle du déploiement de la gestion des carrières à l’échelle nationale (fiche de poste, cartographie des compétences, référentiel métier, parcours de formations …)

– Participation et support dans le cadre des revalorisations salariales annuelles.

– Administration du personnel (mise à jour des dossiers du personnel, suivi des entrées / sorties, périodes d’essai, visites médicales, dossiers de mutuelle, rédactions d’attestations/ avenants divers, entretiens de départ, etc.)

– participation et appui du service RH dans le cadre des projets transverses du service RH (mise en place d’un nouveau SIRH, réflexion et construction des nouveaux tableaux de bord RH au niveau groupe …)

– Recensement et mise à jour des différents process RH (politique voyage, politique de notes de frais, suivi de l’activité…) afin de les communiquer sur notre site RH interne

En fonction des différentes demandes, le/la stagiaire pourra être amené(e) à se voir confier d’autres missions.

VOTRE PROFIL

● Bac + 3 minimum

● Ecole spécialisée dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines, ou Ecole de Commerce

● Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), vous possédez de bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles et êtes un(e) bon communicant(e)
