Description générale :

L’Assistant chef de produit accompagne le chef de produit du suivi des développements de nouveaux produits. Il accompagne le chef de produit dans ses recommandations et participe activement à l’ensemble de la vie du service Marketing. Sur ce poste, l’ACP travaillera sur 4 marques différentes :

– Juvamine

– Esprit Bio

– Celliflore

– Une nouvelle marque en lancement

DEVELOPPEMENT :

– Coordonner la relation avec le service achat, le service qualité & règlementaire et le studio graphique interne pour le lancement des produits (nouveaux marchés et produits)

– Gérer le catalogue de produits : mettre à jour des packagings avec le studio, appliquer les réglementations qualité, etc…

ANALYSE :

– Analyser les tendances du marché via les panels Nielsen (panel distributeurs) et Kantar (panel consommateurs), de la concurrence, être force de proposition pour en tirer des conclusions et recommandations ;

OPERATIONNEL :

– Participer à la conception des outils d’aide à la vente : book de lancement, fiches techniques, plaquettes

– Développer les supports de mise en avant (PLV, stop rayons, leaflet, …)

– Préparer les supports de communication interne visant à présenter les innovations à la force de ventes et la stratégie commerciale pour 2024

Profil :

Etudiant(e) en Bac +4/5 de Grande Ecole de Commerce et/ou Ingénieur spécialité Marketing, vous avez une première expérience (stage, alternance) en marketing et/ou en commerce, et vous avez une connaissance du marché de la GMS et/ou de la pharmacie.

Doté(e) de qualités organisationnelles et relationnelles, vous avez un esprit d’équipe et une sensibilité aux produits cosmétiques et/ou bio.

Rigoureux(se), dynamique et autonome, vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres et les analyses. La maîtrise du pack Office (notamment Excel et PowerPoint) est indispensable pour mener à bien les missions confiées. La maitrise des panels serait un réel avantage.

Stage de 6 mois à compter de juillet 2023.
