Associate Producer, Kids Animated Series Development

- Position: [Pinkfong Baby Shark] Associate Producer, Kids Animated Series Development
- Location: Century City, Los Angeles (in office once a week)
- Employment Type: Full-time position with a 3 month probation period
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and pitch process; develop new property ideas and draft creative briefs; hire talent; develop final pitch material that includes a bible, character design, visual development, and marketing plan.
- Research kids content industry and build relationships with top creative studios & talent.
- Develop creative marketing plans across digital, consumer products, and live experiences to promote growth of the new properties.
- Research and pitch IP acquisition, investment, and joint venture opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any area / Animation, film or related majors preferred
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Strong interest in animation and kids content a plus
- Basic editorial skills (photo, video, etc) a plus

Job Responsibilities
