You will join our Social Creative Lab, and create boundary pushing social including evergreen social, reactive opportunities and larger campaigns that are social-first for this healthy sandwich client. This will be a mix of in-house productions and external productions. We’re seeking a social-first Art Director, Social creative who understands that social first thinking doesn’t end in the channel.
If you love and have strong knowledge of college sports and sports in general, and have experience in making comedic work, you’ll thrive in this role. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with pop culture, and has a personal interest in social networks, particularly TikTok, Twitter and Instagram. In your portfolio we want to see work that has tapped pop culture, both large and small budget. Must have an Interest in and ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining a high level of craft and creativity
Key Accountabilities
- Executes creative concepts together with copy partner at the direction of the creative director
- Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas with social-first thinking
- Presents big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques
- Visualizes concepts and interprets them into design
- Takes ownership of creative work
- Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
- Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business
- Works closely with strategy partners to ensure work is cultural, impactful, meets clients needs and delivers opportunities for earned media, awards and measurable impact on client metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a fastidious attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with secret, embargoed and confidential information and content and maintain confidentiality for client
- A natural instinct and unbridled love for design, and the ability to build powerful stories through visuals.

- 2-5 years of agency experience
- Experience with sports and comedy
- Experience working with national/international brands
- Experience with projects across all media, print, interactive, web, etc., but with a specific expectation for experience in social.

Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is$59,000-$70,000.
