Dentsu Creative is hiring an entry level Social Operations Assistant to partner with an exciting entertainment brand. You’ll be charged with ensuring all outward facing content is accurate and ties back to the brand voice and strategy alongside a passionate team of social experts. Our mission is to evolve the brand’s social presence, build on an existing community and stoke fandom to break into culture.
This role will report to the Director, Business Leadership.

They’ll act as the last line of defense for our creative work and partner closely with our account & social team members to ensure our best-in-class creative work is delivered & posted flawlessly.
- Review and proofread all social content prior to publication, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice and tone
- Collaborate with the social strategy & account teams by reviewing any social trends and ensure they align with our brand standards
- Review creative decks to ensure all visual elements are error-free & all write-ups are clear, concise & speak to the overall strategy
- Work with the social strategy team to maintain detailed documentation and workflow processes for all social publishing
- Act as final lens to ensure all the published content is aligned with the brand goals and strategies
- Scan social channels for any possible issues (visual & written)
- Assist all teams with small but important administrative tasks that ensure the account is running optimally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising or English
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
- A firm grasp of the English language and nuances of grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Opal, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Working knowledge of standard Office, Mac & Google products (e.g. Word, Keynote, Sheets etc.)
- Understanding of the latest technology, social media, and emerging trends to review copy and creative for multi-channel content with a discerning eye

Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 – $60,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
