Our client, a PR Agency, is looking for an Account Executive to join their team. This will be full time/direct hire and hybrid to their Beverly Hills office.
General Responsibilities:
- Work cohesively and supportively alongside AS and press team
- Have and maintain solid relationships with beauty editors, beauty influencers & tastemakers; and creative vendors
- Support brand accounts and continually raise the bar across all initiatives and media coverage
- Monitor media, beauty and general lifestyle trends, create strategies and pitch angles, and report ever changing landscape to clients; specific attention should be paid to TikTok beauty creators and trends
- Creative mindset, constantly churning out innovative ideas for projects, mailers, and story angles
- Press outreach supporting accounts – including all writing, pitching, research, product seeding, executive visibility
Client Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm, ideate, and conceptualize for client, compiling relevant and forward-thinking outreach lists (press & influencer), pitch angles and activations
- Responsible for securing strong and consistent press coverage with significant results and activity across digital, broadcast, print, executive visibility
- Secure standalone features about brands and founders, product launches and evergreen pitching
- Support day-to-day account needs, including but not limited to on-going press outreach, monitoring, research, product seeding, executive visibility, and supporting client strategy
- Support day-to-day influencer marketing goals including influencer and creator sourcing, determining ROI, seeding influencers, ideating on unique mailers guaranteed to move the needle, and more in an effort to support digital creator strategy
- Contribute to forward-thinking communications strategies and tactics for clients while securing consistent client mentions across editorial landscape
- Show proactivity, resourcefulness and tenacity in problem solving
- Create and provide comprehensive recaps that are visually impressive and show ROI
Salary: $65-75k
