Fourth Floor, the Fashion and Retail division of Career Group Companies, is looking for a Fashion Recruiting Coordinator to join our tight knit team!

What to expect:

· Heavy candidate sourcing for creative, fashion, retail, and design candidates

· Source and place candidates in freelance roles with our diverse client base from global luxury brands to up and coming designers and influencers

· Build a pipeline of talent utilizing a variety of sales and networking techniques

· Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques

· Reach out to existing candidates in our internal database to enhance relationships

· Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews

· Pitch jobs to top-tier candidates and submit to top clients

· Coordinate, confirm, and coach candidates for client interviews; act as a coach and mentor

· Present, negotiate and close offers

· Be informed of new sourcing strategies to remain best in class

· Grow accounts by consistently presenting the best talent and networking
