Yahoo Creative Studios are looking for a Creative Producer/Director with brand experience to work across a virtual platform and video campaign.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Have strong writing skills, with experience writing scripts and treatments
• Be organised with great attention to detail, ensuring project runs against agreed timeline and budget
• Be comfortable directing on-screen talent and leading a production team
• Work creatively with internal and external teams
• Have experience working on style / fashion content
• Happy presenting to clients
• Interest in Immersive Content, the Future of Technology and Virtual Production
The role will be based out of our Holborn studios for 2-3 days a week with the remaining days working remotely from home.
Contract length: approx. 7 weeks.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage production schedules, crew coordination, and location logistics
• Issue call sheets, freelance contracts, and shoot-related paperwork
• Support compliance for shoots including risk assessments, release forms, and permits
• Assist in organising shoots and provide on-site support as needed
• Handle administrative duties including tracking invoices, prepping reports, and managing data
• Maintain scheduling, time-off, and project timelines in collaboration with production leadership
• Help coordinate and align systems to support a smooth post-production pipeline
Requirements
• Experience in production, coordination, or similar administrative roles
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple deadlines
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn across departments
• Organisational savvy with high attention to detail
Compensation
• £32,500 annual salary
