About the Opportunity:
Join our Los Angeles and Orange County Personal Lines client service teams’ expansion. This role is the perfect opportunity for those looking to expand their expertise in the insurance industry. It works collaboratively with the Producer and Client Service team to manage a book of business, coordinates and provides day-to-day service for employee benefits clients by maintaining client relationships, supporting client retention, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and understanding client needs.
Some examples of the duties include:
- Manages service staff to ensure we are providing top level performance on the Account Management’s day-to-day responsibilities.
- Making sure all employees are successfully managing the renewal & marketing process for existing accounts.
- Measuring and monitoring their duties, which include, but are not limited to, underwriting and evaluation of client’s programs, forecast, and other client reports as needed throughout the year.
- He or She will also ensure systems are being utilized appropriately, and will provide training in systems, and job knowledge.
- Ensure that all Account Managers are providing strategic support and direction to HUB clients including but not limited to short and long-term planning and overall consulting strategy and approach.
- Strengthen and maintain carrier relationships.
- Stay abreast of new products and lines of coverage, industry trends, developing technology and innovative concepts, and effectively communicate same with HUB Team.
- Work with Producers and Account Management to manage procedures, and practices according to established HUB systems and guidelines.
- Work with Producer (if applicable) in marketing, quoting, and placing new risks.
- Set up complete policy applications and/or specifications as required for renewal business in conjunction with clients’ needs and in conjunction with Producer instructions.
- Coordinate and prepare presentation and illustration of proposals as requested or required by Producer.
- Coordinate with Producer and/or accounting department in collecting premiums promptly or acting in accordance with agency credit program.
You’re well aligned for this opportunity if you:
- Are licensed and in good standing with the California Department of Insurance in Property & Casualty
- Have 4+ years of related Personal Insurance experience specific to the Entertainment industry within an insurance brokerage environment with the functions of an account manager or account executive
- Have experience with High-Net-Worth, Small Business, or Affluent clients
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), High school diploma/GED (required)
- Can work with all levels of the organization with confidence and professionalism
- Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and excel in computer literacy

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. They will work closely with the Producers, Videographers and Editors on staff to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. - Assist with research and ordering of equipment.
- Support with reporting and tracking maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
- Ingest media into company’s archiving system and prepare media for Editors.
- Log footage and edit basic to intermediate level projects.
- Operate additional cameras as needed for production needs including live events.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.
- Color grading at intermediate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.
- Strong communication skills – able to understand direction and make themselves understood when communicating objectives for accomplishing story lines or goals of a production.
- Thorough knowledge of Avid non-linear editing systems, specifically the Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of various codecs, containers and file types used in today’s media environment.
- Able to work within a team environment including in the field or studio and in the post process, editing and finishing.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment in variety of terrain and conditions from very hot to very cold.
- Good driving record, able to secure Missouri Operator’s License Class E.
- Good organizational skills: able to keep multiple projects balanced at any one time
- Strong video resume required. This resume should demonstrate samples from all of the areas mentioned above.
